“Laura was amazing! She kept me updated with pictures and videos throughout our trip, which gave me so much peace of mind—especially since I’m a very anxious pet owner. She was always quick to respond and made the entire experience stress-free. I’m so thankful for her and can’t wait to work with her again!”

“Jessica did a FANTASTIC job taking care of my two cats while I was out of town for the weekend! One of my cats has been having some urinary tract issues and needed medication every 8 hours and she took incredible care of him. I would definitely hire her again and I HIGHLY recommend her! She was extremely respectful of our home and our cats absolutely loved her!”

“Erica is the best dog sitter we've ever worked with! When Juba first met her he was more excited than we've ever seen him, I guess it was her good vibes. During her stay with Juba, Erica took him to two different parks on a single day and just made sure Juba is having the best time! She kept sending us photos of Juba in different places and updated us with every trip they did. We were really relived to have someone like Erica take care of our pup this way. Other than taking care of Juba, Erica was absolutely amazing and we felt comfortable having some like her at our home!”

About: I have had a life long love of animals and have grown up with cats and dogs. In addition I am a long standing volunteer at the SFSPCA, and am trained in dog and cat care. If your pet is shy or out going I know exactly how to work with them. I am a college student with a fairly flexible schedule. As junior my course load is predictable therefor I can work with you to find a convenient care schedule. I am available to walk dogs or care for cats at your home. I have a car and can reliably get to you. When we first meet I would love to spend a little time with your pet and learn your routine in order to make them as comfortable as possible. If you are traveling for an extended period I will gladly send you pictures and keep you posted on what is going on.
“Femke was the best! She clicked with Fernet immediately and from the photos she sent, he spent most of our trip on her lap :). Femke was incredibly communicative and made sure we had daily updates with photos and videos of thier adventures. Would definitely book again!”

About: My fiancé and I have been pet-sitting for friends over the years and love spending time with dogs. For work, I'm a software engineer and he's in pharmaceuticals—we would have a dog of our own if our current travel schedules allowed it, but in the meantime we love giving that energy and attention to caring for other people’s pups. My fiancé grew up with large dogs, and I’m regularly around both large and small dogs at work, so we're comfortable with different sizes, personalities, and energy levels. Whether your dog loves active adventures, long walks, trips to the dog park, or just relaxing and getting plenty of attention, we’re happy to match their vibe. When your dog stays with us, they’ll get lots of playtime, care, and companionship. We’re responsible, communicative, and happy to follow your dog’s usual routines so they feel comfortable and at home. We treat every dog like they’re our own and want both you and your pup to feel completely at ease while you’re away. We’re also happy to send photo updates so you can see how your pup is doing. We enjoy building our plans around the dogs we’re caring for. I work from home on Thursdays and have flexibility for walks and playtime during the day. We’re also available on weekends and love taking dogs on adventures, whether that’s longer walks, time at the park, or exploring around the neighborhood. I can help keep things consistent for your dog while you're out of town, maintaining their usual routines like feeding schedules, walks, and playtime. I'm a bit of a rule-follower and perfectionist in life, so you can trust me to be careful about safety and any rules you might have for your dog. I’m also respectful of your home and will treat it with care while I’m there. I’m happy to send regular photo updates so you know how your pup is doing.
“Raeghan watched our 2 year old australian shepherd, 14 year old yorkie, and 2 year old orange tabby. We have 3 animals so it can be a lot but Raeghan managed their different personalities and needs perfectly! I got regular check-ins and she made sure to ask all the right questions. I came home to happy animals and a clean home. Highly recommend!”

“Nina is AMAZING! From getting Noob treats and toys, to sending us constant updates she is one of the best sitters we’ve booked. She went above and beyond to keep us reassured as pet parents and to keep our fur baby happy. Go ahead and book her you won’t regret it, I hope we get to work with her again too!!”

“Moana sprained her leg just a day before Elisa was booked to house sit, but Elisa didn't even flinch and just showed up ready to take copious notes about our adjusted care instructions. She sent detailed reports each day with captioned pictures so we were constantly at ease and able to enjoy our time away knowing our baby was in the best hands. So grateful to have found Elisa ❤️❤️❤️”

“Last minute need & Sergio came through. Responsive, timely, good communication and great pet connection. Came home to a happy pup and contented kitty!”

“Kristina was amazing with our anxious pup! She stayed with her at our home and was so wonderful & communicative, always updating us with photos of our dog looking so happy & relaxed. Thank you Kristina!”

“We can't recommend Shanna highly enough! Our 10 year old dog Oscar doesn't spend time away from us much, so we were initially nervous but as soon as we met Shanna we had no doubt Oscar was going to have a great time. She is super organized, calm and communicative, and sent the sweetest updates throughout our trip. It was clear Oscar was truly enjoying time with his new friend. We would 100% book with Shanna again!”

“Anita looked after my 4-years old boy cat over a long weekend. She was house sitting. I really appreciate her organization, efficiency and her appreciation for detailed instruction. She was also very communicative with me and transparent. Anita spent time playing with my cat and hanging out with him, which is exactly what he needed as he is a very social cat. She left the apartment very clean. I am very happy with her and will certainly use her expertise again!”

“Brooke was a great caretaker of our dog Reilly! She stayed at our home with him, was very attentive and kind, and took him out on some great outings. She also did some training with him which we asked for and appreciated. Highly recommended!”

About: I started my career in veterinary services at 16 by volunteering for a small, non-profit rescue in Los Angeles. Now, I work at an animal hospital in the city and pet-sit for a roster of clients. I specialize in senior animal care, but adore pets of all ages! Our animal hospital is closed from 12-2pm, so I take advantage of this break by attending to any pet-sitting/walking related care. I have odd days off as well, so I am flexible for day-to-day care. I use a trauma-informed, consent-based approach to any animal I interact with. My career involves working with animals who are at their most stressed state, which allows me to understand how to cultivate the absolute most comfortable experience.
“No words can say thank you enough! My pup was well cared for and it showed when Lizzie stopped by to drop off key: Brie went nuts to see her! THAT spoke volumes. Thank you, Lizzie!!!”

“Kaitlin did some house sitting for us rather than drop ins with our cat recently and was fantastic as per usual! Really can’t recommend her enough.”
About: I've loved dogs for as long as I can remember. Through every stage of my life, the one constant has been the joy they've brought me and the bond I've shared with them. Growing up, my family had a German Shepherd named Saber and a Corgi named Maggie. Later, we welcomed Katie, our Labradoodle, into the family. In college, I adopted my own dog, Teddy, a Chow Chow/Golden Retriever mix who quickly became my best friend. For eight years Teddy was the center of my world. We went on multi-mile walks every day, spent time running and playing off leash, and of course, he was thoroughly spoiled with treats and affection. As he got older, I cared for him through his senior years, including administering medication and making sure he stayed as comfortable and happy as possible. Sadly, I lost Teddy to cancer, and while I'm not ready to bring another dog into my own home just yet, I miss having dogs in my life every day. That's what brought me to pet sitting. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog in someone else's care because I've been on the other side. My goal is to make sure your dog feels safe, loved, exercised, and cared for while you're away. Whether that means long walks, playtime, sticking to their normal routine, giving medications, or simply providing plenty of companionship and cuddles, I'll care for your dog as if they were my own. I specialize in in-home pet sitting, so your dog can stay comfortable in the place they know best while receiving attentive, reliable care. I look forward to getting to know your pup and giving them all the love, attention, and spoiling they deserve! Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I work a hybrid schedule and am in the office from approximately 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Outside of those hours, I work from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility to provide attentive care, walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. Because I offer pet sitting in my clients' homes, my goal is to keep your pet's routine as normal and stress-free as possible while you're away. I'll follow your instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walk routines, medications, favorite toys, bedtime habits, and anything else that helps your pet feel comfortable and secure. Every dog receives plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection based on their individual needs. Whether your pup loves long walks, a game of fetch, or just relaxing with someone nearby, I'm happy to adapt to what makes them happiest. I know how important it is to trust someone with both your pet and your home. I'll treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own, and I'll keep you updated with regular photos and messages so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is for you to come home to a happy, well-cared-for pet and a home just as you left it.

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Glen Park
We had such a wonderful experience with Seng! She stayed in our home for four nights and took excellent care of our senior dog, Nala. Seng was incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire stay, keeping us updated on when she was coming and going and sending lots of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. She gave Nala tons of attention and love, including plenty of walks, playtime, and companionship. It was clear Nala was very comfortable and well cared for while we were away. Seng also took great care of our home and left everything extremely clean and tidy. We highly recommend Seng to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and caring pet sitter. We would absolutely book with her again!

Selena did an incredible job taking care of Ellie! She kept us constantly updated and sent us tons of photos, and it was clear Ellie absolutely loved her. She also took amazing care of our apartment and left everything spotless. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would absolutely love to have her watch Ellie again!

We were so lucky to have Kathryn care for Blaze (10yo pittie mix) and José (senior kitty) for two weeks while we traveled in Asia. She followed our detailed routine closely — feeding schedules, meds, and walks all stayed on track, and Blaze got in every one of his daily steps. She kept us updated with frequent photos and asked thoughtful questions whenever something came up. José takes a while to warm up and can get a little feisty once he does, but Kathryn handled him with patience and care, and Blaze seemed happy and comfortable. We'd hire her again without hesitation.

Fiona is attentive and very responsible. She left our home in great condition and even went above and beyond to remake the guest bed and empty the dishwasher so we came home from travel to a tidy place. She takes great care of our cat Miso and is wonderful at keeping her company so she doesn’t get lonely!

Joslyn provided incredible care for our reactive dog and vocal cat. She communicates quickly and effectively and provides frequent updates. I am an anxious dog owner and Joslyn made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend her for your next pet care needs

I truly have no words. Akiko was super responsive and took everything I said to the chest. I have never met someone who really took the time to meet and form a bond with Hans. Hans is a somewhat difficult dog when meeting new people but warms up eventually. He ended up loving his time with her! High recommend :)

Jess is amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and competent. She asked all the right questions and sent regular updates. I was very nervous about leaving my geriatric dog, but it was clear he was in good hands, which reduced my stress significantly! She even left the house sparkling clean. I highly recommend her!
