He sent daily updates with photos, has a nice indoor and outdoor area, and was flexible about the dropoff and pickup times. Bo's calm demeanor seemed to put my dog at ease, whereas she's normally a bit shy and timid around humans. When I picked her up, it was like I had been gone for a couple hours instead of a couple days. Her manners, energy level, and digestion quickly fell back into her normal routine.”
