She won him over quickly, has a lot of experience with dogs, and even took initiative to give Willy Wonka a small haircut around his eyes because I haven't had time to maintain him. “Henri had a great weekend at Paulina’s! She came out to greet us and then took the leash and introduced Henri to her home-he was so comfortable with her from the start. Our dog has hardly been away from us in his 7 years and I was a little nervous about leaving him with someone new, but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. Paulina is a very relaxed person and sent updates and adorable photos each day. It made me happy to see him look so at home with her. Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. Paulina was an absolute lifesaver and we are so happy to have found her!”

Ashley was wonderful with our senior dog, Capi. This was our second time working with her, and she took such great care of Capi. She followed our instructions exactly, and we loved the detailed, friendly updates and photos that reassured us Capi was doing well. Capi was feeling a little under the weather at drop-off, and Ashley kept us updated to make sure she was improving. Capi is usually anxious, but she was calm with Ashley, which says a lot. Ashley was also very understanding when we had an unexpected travel delay. We would definitely continue working with her.
Sami took great care of my dog, Baby! She is a senior dog so she requires extra patience and specific care. Both Sami and his wife made sure Baby had a comfortable and safe space while I was away. I got constant updates and pictures of how she was doing and I just know Baby had a great time. I could tell they were happy to have taken care of Baby and I would not hesitate to reach out to them to care for her again in the future!
Marie is a star dog sitter, she made my dog part of her family. She bathed my dog, switched up his food Without me asking when he became picky while I was traveling. I received more photos and videos of my dog than I have ever received with a babysitter for my three human children. This was an incredible experience I will be choosing Marie every time we travel.

He started to get sick while he was with them and they were so attentive and sending regular updates and offered to take him to the vet and we’re flexible with drop off until we were home to make sure he wouldn’t be alone. Tina was absolutely wonderful with Marcos! From the very first message she was punctual and easy to coordinate with, always confirming drop-off and pick-up times without any hassle. She clearly paid close attention to his sleeping habits and made sure he had a cozy, comfortable spot to settle in for the night. She also followed our written instructions carefully, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. On top of that, you can just tell Tina knows a lot about dogs — she was attentive, patient, and genuinely cared for Marcos like her own. She sent thoughtful updates and photos throughout the stay, including a fun outing to Dolores Park, and Marcos looked completely at ease and happy in every picture. Communication was warm and consistent from start to finish. We felt so comfortable leaving Marcos with her and would absolutely book again. Thank you, Tina, for taking such great care of our baby!

We had a great experience boarding Olive with Xinyi & Kivanc. Olive loved playing with Luna and was good and tired when we brought her home. We got a lot of photos and videos and we felt like she was in really good hands while we were away. They were also flexible when we had a small travel delay, much appreciated!
Rob and Marty watched our pup for two weeks while we visited family out of state and we had the best experience.
