Throughout Troi’s stay, she kept us updated with frequent messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. We especially appreciated the one-on-one attention she gave Troi. She can be a little particular, prefers individual attention, and requires daily medication. Annabel was attentive to all of her needs, made sure her medication was given, and spent plenty of quality time with her so she felt comfortable, loved, and right at home. It never felt like Troi was a burden and was clear she was genuinely cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter and will absolutely be booking with Annabel again in the future. “Henri had a great weekend at Paulina’s! She came out to greet us and then took the leash and introduced Henri to her home-he was so comfortable with her from the start. Our dog has hardly been away from us in his 7 years and I was a little nervous about leaving him with someone new, but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. Paulina is a very relaxed person and sent updates and adorable photos each day. It made me happy to see him look so at home with her. Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. Paulina was an absolute lifesaver and we are so happy to have found her!”

About: I’ve dog sat for neighbors and friends for years and volunteered at pet shelters! I love dogs but travel often so can’t have any of my own. I work from home 5 days a week with a flexible schedule. Can help with taking care of your pet while you work, run errands or just need some support. Potrero is fantastic for dog walks. My apartment is two floors so enough room for doggies to run around and I’m always happy to play fetch or tug of war.

Tina was absolutely wonderful with Marcos! From the very first message she was punctual and easy to coordinate with, always confirming drop-off and pick-up times without any hassle. She clearly paid close attention to his sleeping habits and made sure he had a cozy, comfortable spot to settle in for the night. She also followed our written instructions carefully, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. On top of that, you can just tell Tina knows a lot about dogs — she was attentive, patient, and genuinely cared for Marcos like her own. She sent thoughtful updates and photos throughout the stay, including a fun outing to Dolores Park, and Marcos looked completely at ease and happy in every picture. Communication was warm and consistent from start to finish. We felt so comfortable leaving Marcos with her and would absolutely book again. Thank you, Tina, for taking such great care of our baby!

We had a great experience boarding Olive with Xinyi & Kivanc. Olive loved playing with Luna and was good and tired when we brought her home. We got a lot of photos and videos and we felt like she was in really good hands while we were away. They were also flexible when we had a small travel delay, much appreciated!
Joy was a stellar host. She took the time to do a meet and greet beforehand. She asked thoughtful questions about dog temperament, preferences, and routine. Hand off was smooth when it came for Edison’s vacation. Edison had a great time, they had long walks, adventures to pick up the neighborhood's treats (his love language). Uriel was responsible, communicative and took great care of Izzy. She can take a while to warm up to new settings but Uriel exhibited kindness and patience with her and she eventually came to trust him and feel comfortable. I would be happy to put Izzy in Uriel's care again.
Matthew was an outstanding dog sitter for my pup Lola during her three-day stay. From start to finish, his communication was excellent. He sent regular photo updates throughout each day, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. It was clear he genuinely cared about Lola's comfort and wellbeing, and he went out of his way to make sure she was happy, relaxed, and well taken care of the entire time. I know that it also helped Lola that Matt has two very sweet dogs that she got to play with. It was such a relief to find someone this reliable and attentive to leave Lola with. Matthew made the whole experience stress-free, and I came home to a happy, healthy pup. I would not hesitate to book him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring dog watcher.
It's clear that Luna deeply loves dogs and cares for them attentively. My dog, Monza, is gentle but a bit aloof, and I can tell that Luna appreciates him for who he is. Luna has watched Monza 3 times so far. In the photos and updates she sends, I can see she goes above and beyond to make sure his is happy and comfortable. Her two dogs are sweet, and she manages the little pack well, giving Monza plenty of downtime to himself when he needs it. During his recent stay, Monza got sick and Luna took him to our preferred vet. She made exactly the choices I would have made myself (didn't overreact, didn't underreact), and her care and concern for Monza's well being came above all else. You can trust Luna to take excellent care of your pup.
