She did a great job keeping me posted on how my pup was doing, generally, and specifically about the incision sites. Really appreciate her taking extra care of my pup!”

“Henri had a great weekend at Paulina’s! She came out to greet us and then took the leash and introduced Henri to her home-he was so comfortable with her from the start. Our dog has hardly been away from us in his 7 years and I was a little nervous about leaving him with someone new, but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. Paulina is a very relaxed person and sent updates and adorable photos each day. It made me happy to see him look so at home with her. Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. Paulina was an absolute lifesaver and we are so happy to have found her!”

“We had a great experience boarding our pup with Go. He is very quick to respond, communicates clearly and is very pleasant and friendly. We had a meet and greet twice before we actually left my pup with Go and his wife. They were kind to Hira, asked good questions, clearly went through my care instructions. We felt comfortable boarding for almost 3 weeks. Throughout the stay Go sent pictures, and kept us informed. They took Hira to the park every day and she seemed very happy and comfortable with them. Even though he’s older, he still has plenty of energy, and they balanced his need for comfort and activity. They made sure he was cozy in his bed at night, let him enjoy their lovely backyard for breaks, and took him on a fun “sniff-rari” walk in the morning. When we picked him up, he looked happy, relaxed, and well cared-for. I really appreciate the thoughtful attention they gave him during his short stay!”

We liked that he seemed to understand bully breeds and instantly felt at ease after the meet and greet. Mike kept us updated throughout the day with lots of videos and photos of all their little adventures around scenic SF areas. Koba definitely looked like he was having a blast. He was a little anxious/restless the first night but Mike was super understanding.
