“We had a great experience boarding our pup with Go. He is very quick to respond, communicates clearly and is very pleasant and friendly. We had a meet and greet twice before we actually left my pup with Go and his wife. They were kind to Hira, asked good questions, clearly went through my care instructions. We felt comfortable boarding for almost 3 weeks. Throughout the stay Go sent pictures, and kept us informed. They took Hira to the park every day and she seemed very happy and comfortable with them. Lei and her family was taking him on lots of walks and allowing Charlie to sleep on their lap. They gave him a lot of attention. Lei went beyond by putting freeze dried liver and also boiled chicken so Charlie would eat. They were patient with him and kept him safe and secure. I know my baby had a good stay with Lei and will definitely book with her again. 5 stars!”
