I can guarantee that your dog will feel loved during their stay. About Sparky Sparky is a feisty westie. He’s 7 and 1/2 years old. He’s used to being an only fur child at home, but will quickly adapt to a furry guest (human guests are a different matter). During their stay I will take your dog between my homes in sf and napa, where they will hang out as I tend to housekeeping. Your dog will go on at least two daily walks with me and my dog, Sparky. Sometimes we go on outings to the beach or park (where your dog will always be on a leash). I have a fenced yard at both houses. I take dogs for multiple walks per day in the neighborhood or at the park. Your dogs can sleep on the furniture or with us in bed if they enjoy a good cuddle
About: I'm a communications professional for 30 years now, so it comes natural for me to share with pet owners every milestone of any day they're apart from their pets and trusting me with their care. For 20 years, I've cared for my friend's dogs, cats, and chickens in the Bay Area just for the fun of it. About: I grew up in a cat household but have had my pup for 12 years since she was a puppy. I love all animals and have grown particularly fond of small dogs since my dog was gifted to me 12 years ago! I only work 3 days a week and on the days I’m home, I’d love to care for your small dog! My girl is used to dogs visiting and I am happy to love on your baby like my own! Dogs are allowed on couches and beds. I never allow them in the backyard without supervision and is not a substitution for regular walks every 2 hours (or more as needed). About: Hi! I'm an artist working from home who loves spending time with dogs and cats! I often pet sit for friends, from short visits to boarding for several days, so I’m very comfortable with daily routines like walks, feeding, playtime, and just keeping pets company so they feel safe and happy. I also tend to take way too many photos, so you can expect lots of photo updates while I'm with your pet! I work from home doing freelance work, so my schedule is pretty flexible and I’m able to plan my day around pet care, whether that’s walks, drop-ins, or staying with them for longer periods. I’m available for boarding, house sitting, and walks, and I like keeping a consistent routine so pets feel comfortable and not rushed. I live in an apartment right next to Washington Square Park and Coit Tower, so it’s really easy to get dogs out for nice long walks and some additional short walks to get some fresh air! I also have a 3-year-old cat who’s used to being around dogs. I keep my place clean and calm, and I pay attention to how each pet is feeling so they’re comfortable. I’m also happy to follow any routines or instructions so things feel familiar for them.

About: Hi there! I've been a pet owner my entire life. I grew up with cats and dogs of all breeds and I've been caring for pets as long as I can remember. Now, for the first time in my life, I don't have any pets, and honestly, I miss having them around - which is exactly why I'm excited to care for yours! I was active in 4-H and trained Belgian Sheepdogs in positive-reinforcement based obedience. I've owned dogs as small as a Japanese Chin and as big as a Newfoundland, so I understand different dog temperaments and energy levels. I've also been watching friends' and neighbors' pets for several years, including high-anxiety cats, senior dogs, and recent rescues - helping them to feel calm and secure while away from their family. I work from home full-time, so your pet will never be left alone for long. For play time, potty break, and snuggles, I'll be there. I can easily walk dogs multiple times a day and will be around most of the day to keep any dog or cat visiting me company. Sometimes I may pop out for a gym session or grocery run, but that's about it. I mostly just miss having a pet so I'll be so happy to be around yours! I have no pets of my own currently. I live in a secure, quiet apartment. Depending on pet needs and temperament, they can have the run of the apartment or be limited to the main living room (which is where I work). My apartment has no yard but I'm in a great neighborhood for walks and I make sure doggies get plenty of fresh air. Since it is an apartment, if your dog is extremely active and boisterous, they may be happier boarding somewhere with more room to run.
“Our pups were treated like Lil princes, they even got to sleep in her bed. Jill sent me daily pics and videos, and she took them to different parks in the area. When our flight was delayed, she accommodated our last minute change of plans. I love the individualized care she provided. Will definitely take the pups to her from here on out.”
About: Been around animals my whole life. Mostly dogs, some cats, and I was even living with a ferret for years in Denver as well! The majority of the time I have cared for border collies, so I know how to take care of high energy dogs. Panhandle park is only one block away from where I live, so there and Golden Park are my go-to areas for great walks. Our house has plenty of space with a large patio area and small potty area on side. I can spend all my time with your pet! No work at the moment. But will start back up after the holidays. So I will be part time next year, doing both pets and part time job. House has 3 floors, plenty of space, and has a nice outdoor patio and potty area by side of the building. Fur babies are allowed of furniture ( but only some beds).

We met a week before the booking to ensure it was a good match, which made me feel more at ease. She was excellently taken care of and I would book them again! Highly recommend.”
