From the moment our dog arrived at their home, they began sending photos of him playing with their dogs, which immediately gave us peace of mind. Unfortunately, he had been sick the morning before drop-off, and his condition worsened during his stay. He vomited several times, and each time they promptly notified us, shared updates and photos, and handled everything with calm professionalism and genuine compassion. Anyone who has dealt with a sick dog knows it’s not an easy situation, yet they never once complained. Instead, they went above and beyond to make sure we were fully informed. What truly set them apart was their willingness to help when we needed to end our trip early due to his condition. With our daughters in the middle of a soccer tournament, they generously drove to meet us halfway so we could get our dog to the vet as quickly as possible—saving us significant time and stress.”

“I could tell our dog had a great time with Alvin! He was incredibly understanding, attentive and sent us regular updates. He had no problem giving our dog his medicine as well. Our dog can be a handful and has a lot of energy - Alvin made sure to provide daily walks, play time and cuddles. He was also very mindful when having our dog & his dog meet and get used to each other. Our dog was well taken care of and we are so grateful :) We would definitely let our dog stay with him again.
