“We had a great experience boarding our pup with Go. He is very quick to respond, communicates clearly and is very pleasant and friendly. We had a meet and greet twice before we actually left my pup with Go and his wife. They were kind to Hira, asked good questions, clearly went through my care instructions. “Jasper took great care of our cat, Bob, and left the apartment spotless. They checked in every day, and let us know how Bob was doing—responding to his foibles proactively and helping us out too in fielding an unexpected package delivery. Thanks!!”

“This was my very first time leaving my kitten Birdie and I am so grateful for Kara & Val!! Birdie was immediately welcomed in as part of their family and was showered with attention and playtime for the entire weekend. About: I’ve been lucky enough that cats seem to enjoy my presence and approach without fear. At the same time, I’ve recently found myself as the primary care source for my housemate’s cat. I handle keeping the food space clean as well as maintaining the water dish and litter box, and the cat treats my room as her favored space, up to and including using me and my bed as her favorite place to nap.

“Mikele was so thoughtful while caring for Leo & Luna. We are so appreciative of all the updates and photos we received while traveling. We would absolutely love to have them help out again!”

About: Hello, I’m available to walk your dog and/or check-in on your cat. I have my own dog and cat. I enjoy taking my dog for long walks or to parks, like I will yours. I love cats, playing with them and petting them. I can change their litter and any other task needed.

“Alex is an excellent sitter! She so clearly loves animals and was so gentle and patient with my shy cat during drop-in visits. She was also very communicative and sent lots of photos and videos. I would definitely recommend!”

About: I grew up in a home where we regularly dog sat for neighbors and other families, so dogs have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’m probably more comfortable around dogs than I am around most humans. I have several years of dog walking and pet sitting experience (dogs, cats, small animals), and I've lived with large dogs and helped with their daily care. I really love big breeds, but I'm happy with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Long walks are already part of my daily life, and without fail I end up making a new dog friend whenever I’m out. I always joke that dogs can somehow sense how badly I want to be their friend. What I enjoy most is getting to know each pet’s personality and quirks. I stay tuned in to their energy and adjust to what they need: a long adventure, some active play, or just a slow walk and good company. I'm currently between jobs, which means my schedule is wide open and flexible. Mornings, afternoons, evenings, last-minute requests...chances are I can make it work. I'm already out on long walks every day anyway, it'd be infinitely better with a dog by my side! On walks, I defer to whatever the owner prefers (leash habits, routes, pace) and stay attentive to my surroundings so their dog is always safe. When I'm in someone's home, my goal is to keep things as normal as possible for their pet. I follow the owner's instructions closely and don't improvise on things like food, rules, or routines. I treat the home with respect, and I keep owners in the loop with updates and photos, because I know how much it helps to see that your pet is happy and doing well.
“Christine was fantastic, reliable, and trustworthy. Betty, my five-year-old cat, eventually warmed to Christine (and she *hates* everyone). I am sure on their next visits together, they will be best friends! :)”

About: That’s my 5 year-old Calico girl (also have a little dog). I enjoy petting her (when allowed), playing catch (when she feels like it), and brushing. I am a thorough litter sifter. I’m not scared of trimming claws once the trust is established.

“Will and Flora are great! We left out pup at their place for doggy daycare and she was well cared for and happy. Will and Flora are responsive, responsible, and kind. Would certainly do it again.”

“Aaron was so intuitive with our somewhat selectively social dog. I could tell he knew how to work with dogs immediately. Aaron also was east to coordinate and communicate with. Quincy can’t wait to stay with Aaron again!”

“Sam was great to work with! It was obvious upon meeting her that she is professional and knowledgeable about dogs. She made us feel comfortable leaving Moose with her for the day right away and kept us posted with photos and updates. We will rebook in a heart beat!”

“Amanda and Steve met for a doggy park meeting beforehand and I knew they could be trusted from there. Amanda took great care of Missy and was very communicative the entire time. I revived many pictures where Missy looked very happy. Missy got along great with Amanda’s pup too! I will definitely book with them again!”

About: I'm a foreigner and I should have left my little Hachi and Bailey in my country with their grandmother, my mom🤣 it's hard to be away from them and my way of spreading the love I feel for animals is by helping to take care of them, even for a couple of hours. I can guarantee that I will take care of them and give them love for as long as you need as if they were mine❤️ The work you currently do leaves me a lot of freedom of time, it can be said that I am my own boss, I can adapt to the time I need to take care of your pets, it would only be a matter of talking about it beforehand and with time. I really have availability every day I don't have dogs at home, my garden is fenced but my apartment is small and I consider it preferable to play or take care of pets in their comfort zone, but I have no problem bringing them home if necessary.
“Mikele was fantastic with Archie! She was flexible when we were running way late for drop off. She sent lots of photos and made us feel so at ease while we were out. We hope Archie gets to see Mikele again soon!”

“Amazing! Took a trip to SF and was worried about finding a dog sitter for the day. Very trustworthy and glad he took such great care of her. Definitely will trust him again with my Brisket.”

“We visited San Francisco for a day and needed someone to watch our pup for a few hours while we toured Alcatraz. Katie had such excellent reviews and absolutely lived up to them! She responded and scheduled with me quickly and was very kind and warm with our pup. He had a great few hours and walked out to see us again with a smile on his face! We highly recommend Katie’s services if you’re in need!”

“Lily took exceptionally amazing care of my dog, Kiwi! I felt 100% comfortable leaving Kiwi in her care while I was busy at work. I appreciated the photo updates throughout the day of Kiwi having a nice time. I am very happy to have found Lily. :)”

About: I’m an experienced dog walker/house sitter. As I write this I am reflecting on all the love and joy that dogs have brought to my life. I’ve taken care of 3 pugs from birth until old age and have had many other close animal friends in my life. I’ve watched over many different breeds, all shapes and sizes! My availability is very open during the day while I work from home. I have a lot of time to give love, exercise, and attention to your pet. I'm ready for long walks/hikes/playtime. I'm also always down to chill. I will keep a calm presence for your pet. I’d love to take your pup to the beach, to parks and on hikes if they’re up for it! I’ve cared for healthy dogs and I’ve cared for dogs that need oral medication/or other medications. I’m confident that your pet will love having me around. I’m looking to build close relationships/become a regular for a few clients. Animals bring so much joy to my life. I’m also very responsible and dependable when it comes to taking care of homes. Overall, I will make sure that your fur baby is comfortable, gets their exercise, and feels loved. Let me know if you have any questions. I currently work from home M-F. On those days you can expect me to be fully available for an early morning walk, a lunchtime walk, and an evening session. On the weekends I would love to be out and about with pups walking, beach, hikes etc.. I love spending time outside and would love to bring your pup with me. I will make sure that we are secure inside and outside the home. I can be assertive as needed to ensure our safety. I want us all to feel a sense of trust, safety and comfortability. My home is a peaceful and comfortable environment that your pet will feel welcome in. I will provide updates and photos.
“Thank you Jesse for watching my pup during my moving day. This was her first time with a dog sitter, or even walker, and I felt that Jesse has the right calm temperament to deal with my pup’s separation anxiety. Jesse also kept in touch throughout the day by sending photos and updates. Highly recommend!”

About: I grew up in a cat household but have had my pup for 12 years since she was a puppy. I love all animals and have grown particularly fond of small dogs since my dog was gifted to me 12 years ago! I only work 3 days a week and on the days I’m home, I’d love to care for your small dog! My girl is used to dogs visiting and I am happy to love on your baby like my own! Dogs are allowed on couches and beds. I never allow them in the backyard without supervision and is not a substitution for regular walks every 2 hours (or more as needed). Also, I am a human nurse so I would be comfortable with administering medications as necessary!
“My pup loves going to Sterlings. He was super excited walking up. He always has a great time. I always appreciate him for helping me out while I had a work event.”

About: Hi! I’m an experienced foster dog parent and Rover dog sitter. I have fostered four dogs, each for up to two months at a time. I currently have no foster pup and don’t have a resident dog, so your dog will be the only dog in my home. I have experience fostering both younger and senior dogs (including hospice care, partially deaf and blind dogs). I work from home so your dog will seldom be alone, and can take them on walks every 4 hours (4 walks a day) with lots of play time. I am also in a very dog-friendly area, minutes from GGP and Mountain Lake Park. I never take dogs to dog parks and do everything to make your dog feel at home! NOTE: Due to my building’s weight limits I can only board dogs 15lbs or under. I work from home which gives me the flexibility to give your dog lots of attention and ample availability to walk or visit your dog throughout the day! With my attentiveness and experience, I make sure your dog has a fun, safe time with me. I avoid other dogs and children. I always keep dogs on leash during walks, and I don’t go to dog parks/off leash areas.
About: About Me: I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and currently share my home with a beagle and three cats. I started pet sitting quite young and have experience with everything from energetic puppy and kitten care to senior pets. Why Me! All Personalities Welcome: Firmly believe there are no "bad" pets. I am highly confident handling reactive/aggressive dogs and "spicier" cats (they hold a special place in my heart!). Patient, Respectful: If your pet is more shy, anxious, or needs space, I want to be there on their terms and happy to go with their flow. High-Energy: I’ve been active my entire life, so if your dog needs long, brisk walks to tire them out, I can absolutely keep up. If your cat needs at least an hour of head scratches I am ready! Full-Service Care: Dogs: Experienced in feeding routines, walking, long and short, puppy support, and endless fetch. Cats: Feeding, cleaning, being the newest subject of their kingdom. No matter the animal, I am eager to meet them already! I am home from University for the summer so can really be there at any point of the day! I can walk afternoons and visit to feed early mornings and nights. I can easily do longer walks and visit more frequently through the day. Super super flexible. Just important note that I leave for school again on August 18th, so if you are looking for someone long term unfortunately I might not be the right fit- but I will offer a discounted rate due to my availability only being for 3 months! I understand the trust and love between a pet and owner - having grown up with both cats and dogs so I will always make sure your pet feels safe and comforted! I love playing with both animals, fetch, tug a war, and so on. If your pup is energetic I'll be happy to match the energy :).

“Anais is fantastic! She's responsive, communicates clearly, and treats pets with genuine kindness and care. I trust her completely to walk my dog and always feel confident knowing my pup is in good hands.”

“Aaron provided excellent care for our dog Honey. He walked her 6x over 2 weeks. Honey was timid the first couple of times, but Aaron was very patient with her while the trust grew. He’s very communicative and flexible which is greatly appreciated. We’ve already booked him for the next time we need dog walking services!”

“Thank you for hanging in there with Jaynee. It’s important to find someone that I trust with our dog and her quirks. Nicole has shown to be in good communication with me and responds quickly when I contact her.”

About: While the rest of my family is remarkably allergic to just about anything with fur, I’ve been the odd one out, and able to interact with all kinds of furry friends. I spent a large amount of time during my childhood helping my pediatrician take care of, and walking, their two dogs, a Great Dane, and a Pitbull. Both dogs ended up adoring me, and this eventually extended to any friendly dog I’ve encountered since. My current work situation has me free to provide care for any furry or fuzzy friends most days in the week, with the only limits being some personal commitments on Fridays and Weekends. I follow all provided instructions regarding the pet to the letter, and make sure to check-in with the owners when possible. I make absolutely sure that the pet is comfortable, cared for, and safe for the entire time I’m providing care

About: Hello, I’m available to walk your dog and/or check-in on your cat. I have my own dog and cat. I enjoy taking my dog for long walks or to parks, like I will yours. I love cats, playing with them and petting them. I can change their litter and any other task needed. I have a regular day job but if dog and cat sitting works out, I want to make it my full time job. Just trying to build clientele before making the transition. I provide dog and cat services for pet owners in the Richmond District. I provide long walks for dogs, fill food and water bowls and any other services at your request.
About: I have spent the last 4+ years working as a professional dog walker - walking a pack of up to 8 off leash dogs in beautiful San Francisco. My love for dogs was shaped by the amazing dogs I grew up with in Berkeley, CA. After majoring in sociology I decided to dedicate my life to understanding canines instead of humans, oops! I currently walk a pack of dogs M-F 10-3. Possibly have openings to add to the crew or open to walks outside of those time parameters. Availability for boarding at my apt or house sitting. I live in an apartment 2 blocks from GGP, 2 blocks from Lands End, and 10 blocks from Ocean Beach. When I watch a pet they become apart of my family - I treat them with lots of love and the utmost care.
About: We’ve raised puppies and kittens and have experience caring for senior pets. We’re a fun, attentive couple who loves to play, stay active, and make pets feel safe, loved, and right at home. Since we both work from home, we’re able to give pets consistent attention throughout the day. Walks, playtime, feeding, and care easily fit into our routine. We prioritize safety, comfort, and routine. We carefully follow feeding, walking, and care instructions, keep a clean environment, and make sure pets feel secure, supervised, and well-loved at all times.
About: I started pet sitting in college, assisting at Pet Girls Pet Sitters in Austin, TX. Since then, I've reliably watched my friends' and family's furry friends. I've fostered a handful of dogs, young and old <3, which was such a fun time! I'm currently working part-time during the day and have a flexible schedule. I have a car and a bike and can get around the city reliably. I've fostered a number of dogs, young and old. I have experience hanging out with and taking new-to-me dogs on walks and for playtime.
“Bryan is great adapting to the needs of our two dogs. Bryan did a thorough meet and greet and our girls came home happy and ready to relax after each walk. Bryan is patient, calm, and so easy for humans and dogs to be around.”

“Cira is a gem! I could immediately tell that Pumpkin felt comfortable with her. Cira was patient, communicative, and responsible. I appreciated all of the amazing photos she sent throughout the walk; it really helped put my mind at ease. I will absolutely be booking walks with Cira again.”

About: I have cared for cats and dogs my whole life. When I was little I had a Maltese and yorkie and then we had two pit bulls. so I am comfortable caring for both large and small pups! I am available mon-fri and occasional weekends upon request. I recently finished my graduate degree and am using dog walking as a way to support myself while job searching. I can care for pets in clients home. I am unable to take pets to my home as I have my own cats that are not socialized to dogs

About: I focus on structured, consistent care with every walk. Each outing is approached the same way; calm, well-paced, and tailored to the dog in front of me. I work with a range of dogs, including seniors who prefer shorter, slower routines, and I’m attentive to how each dog settles into their environment over time. I’m registered with the City of San Francisco and certified in Pet First Aid & CPR, with safety built into every outing. What sets me apart is reliability and consistency. I keep a steady schedule, communicate clearly, and aim to provide a routine both you and your dog can count on. I’m a certified dog walker based in San Francisco, and my foundation is built around straightforward, reliable care. After spending time in the tech world, I shifted into work that’s more hands-on and consistent — something that fits both how I work and how dogs thrive. I focus on showing up on time, paying attention, and keeping routines familiar. Every dog is different, and I take the time to learn their pace, energy level, and comfort cues. Safety and clear communication are priorities, and I aim to make things easy and predictable for both you and your best friend. I’m located in the Richmond District and currently serve the surrounding neighborhoods, with plans to expand into the Sunset District. Staying local allows me to be dependable and build ongoing relationships rather than one-off visits. I live with dogs of my own and have experience across different sizes and personalities. I spent ten years with my German Shepherd, Dexter, and now share my life with two rescue pups — Gnocchi, a small poodle–chihuahua mix, and Sprout, a medium-sized shepherd mix. That day-to-day experience helps me understand what dogs actually need, not just what looks good on paper. At the end of the day, I want to be someone you feel comfortable reaching out to and confident trusting with your dog. Life happens. Sit Happens. Your dog still gets the care they deserve.
About: I have been petsitting and dog walking for over 10 years for multiple families in the Bay Area. In order to give pets my full care and attention, I only sit for one household at a time. I am able to care for multiple pets in a single household -- the most I have taken care of is 3 big golden retrievers! I have taken care of dogs and cats with ages ranging from 9 weeks to 14 years old. I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I'm able to stick to your pet's regular daily routine. I own a compact SUV with back seats that fold down so that there is ample space for pets to lay down during a car ride. I am currently a student, and my classes are typically 1-2 hours long. I am able to join my classes from Zoom, allowing for me to be in-home for overnight stays and adjust my schedule for walks as needed on a daily basis for drop-in visits. When dogsitting in your home, I'm careful to stick to given routines and maximize the amount of time I am in-home with your pet. I ensure that all items that can be harmful to your pet (food, cleaning supplies, choking hazards) are put away and keep a close eye on animals to make sure they are safe.
About: I was born onto a ranch with goats, chickens, a cat, and a whole bunch of dogs. Throughout my childhood, we also took in dogs through the foster care system which allowed me to experience dogs from all different sizes, ages, and temperaments. In college, I dog sat multiple times for a week - 2 weeks at a time. I always have been respectful of the space I am in and will send you pictures and updates so you know your loved one is safe and healthy. I am very comfortable with young dog training/care. I am fully available during the day time, I work part time in the evening, and am available overnight. My evening work will only keep me away from 2-4 hours maximum. I care for any pet as if it is my own. I will feed your pet at the times you request. I love to take dogs out on walks, in any environment that suits your dog. I do very well with high energy and playful dogs as I have one of my own. I will also be there to give your dog cuddles and love while you can't.

“So happy Petunia got to stay with Kara and Val again. She always has a great time with them and we look forward each evening to getting little updates on her day. Can’t say enough good things (neither can she if she could talk)”

“Molly and Stephen are the best! They sent me plenty of pictures. I was able to travel stress free knowing Duke was being cared for well. They were also super accommodating when my flight was delayed a few hours. Would highly recommend!”
“Lily was super great! Great communication and she updated with photos of Yuki during the entire stay, showcasing him chilling, him on walks, potty breaks, etc. She was super friendly off the bat and I highly recommend her and will use her services again in the future!”

“Michael was amazing with our rottie! Because she has some leash reactivity, we met him beforehand so he could meet her and go for a short walk. You could tell immediately that he loves dogs and was very comfortable with them (especially big dogs). He sent updates and pics/vids while she was with him and we picked up a very happy and tired pup. We will definitely be using Michael again in the future! Thanks Michael!!”

“Ellen was an amazing caretaker for our dog. She made sure he was comfortable with her 2 dogs before we committed to a few nights of him staying at her home. She sent daily updates and pictures, which I always appreciate. She and her partner were the best company for our dog! Will call them again.”

“Mikele was so thoughtful and communicative during our boarding experience. She took such good care of Cooper. We could see him so comfortable and happy with her. She even helped administer some meds. So happy we found such a wonderful person.”

“We had a great experience boarding our pup with Go. He is very quick to respond, communicates clearly and is very pleasant and friendly. We had a meet and greet twice before we actually left my pup with Go and his wife. They were kind to Hira, asked good questions, clearly went through my care instructions. We felt comfortable boarding for almost 3 weeks. Throughout the stay Go sent pictures, and kept us informed. They took Hira to the park every day and she seemed very happy and comfortable with them. We will definitely rebook for our next trip! Highly recommend! Thanks Go!”

“1000% recommend - I’m usually a little anxious about leaving Minnie with sitters but they took really amazing care of her and were also very easy to communicate with throughout her stay. Will definitely reach out again for a repeat booking if the need comes up again”

About: Loving dog parent to a 3-year-old Rough Collie, experienced in daily walks, feeding, grooming, routines, and patient care, providing calm, reliable, home-style attention every weekend. “I work full-time during weekdays, but pet care fits naturally into my routine. I’m available early mornings, evenings, and weekends, and I plan my schedule to ensure pets receive consistent attention, walks, feeding, and companionship. I prioritize pet care commitments and only accept bookings I can fully support.” “Safety and trust are my top priorities. I’m a dog parent myself and understand daily routines, supervision, and consistency. I follow each pet’s care instructions closely, keep doors and leashes secure, and ensure calm, attentive care. In my home, dogs are welcomed into a clean, dog-friendly space alongside my well-socialized Rough Collie. In clients’ homes, I respect their space, follow routines exactly, and provide regular updates for peace of mind.”
“My 4yo Chihuahua was so happy with all the tailored care and personal attention she received during her stay in Jill's warm, loving, and spacious household. My pup was shown lots of affection, enjoyed lots of snuggles, and settled in easily. Jill is a great communicator and passionate animal enthusiast, I look forward to utilizing her boarding services again in the future. Highly recommend.”

“Alina was awesome and went above and beyond. My cat had a medical scare and stopped eating for three days and Alina was really awesome and took her into our vet to make sure she was okay. After that event I offered to pick her up early because i felt bad about the extra stress but she was reassuring and was totally fine for me to stick with the original time. I could tell my cat got the best care and treatment including administering oral medication which can be hard to do. I give her my best recommendation!”

“Cynthia was wonderful! She was incredibly thorough and went out of her way to ensure both our dog and us were comfortable with her, her family, and pets. We got plenty of photos and videos while we were away which is great for peace of mind and knowing he was having fun. Best of all, our pup seemed sad to leave Cynthia and her family which spoke volumes to us about the care she provided while we were gone!”

“Rita loved staying with Sonia! Sonia was so communicative and went above and beyond to help us, including providing pick up and drop off services. She sent many photos each day which helped with how much we missed Rita. We knew Rita was safe, happy and engaged! Would definitely rebook and recommend Sonia to everyone!”

About: Shelby grew up with Labrador retrievers ever since she was 5 years old. She has experience with medication administration, ear cleaning, walking, and more. We have a 2.5 year old dachshund who we crate, potty, and leash trained. We are both dog lovers with some of our friends saying Shelby is “the most dog obsessed person I’ve ever met.” We will strive to make your dog feel as comfortable as possible while respecting any rules and boundaries you have in your own home. We absolutely love every kind of dog and would give your fur baby 5 star care ⭐️ We both work from home, so our schedules are very flexible. We take our dog out 3 times a day for potty breaks and several walks a day. We can really take your dog out whenever is needed, as one of us is always available. Our home is very, very dog proof. Our dog loves to eat everything so we’re very mindful of keeping things tidy. Especially with larger dogs, we put away our dogs smaller toys, so that there’s no possibility of them being ingested (there’s the labrador experience haha!) we will be around and loving your pet 24/7 while they’re in our care ❤️

“Betty was so communicative and sent us plenty of pictures of all the fun Daisy was having. Daisy went on walks and got play time with doggy friends multiple times a day. Not sure Daisy wanted to go home after her super fun weekend with Betty! Betty clearly really cares about pets and makes sure they are well cared for.”

“Jesse is incredible. He was so communicative with us and made us feel so comfortable while we were away. His energy is so kind and he has such a love for animals. Couldn’t recommend him enough!”

“Victoria was an outstanding dog sitter—professional, reliable, and very trustworthy. She provided in-depth daily updates, clearly logging walks, meals, playtime, and potty breaks, which showed how organized and attentive she is. I especially appreciated the timely updates with plenty of photos and videos, which gave me total peace of mind. It was clear my dog was happy, well cared for, and treated with genuine attention. I would absolutely book Victoria again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality care.”
