“Jennifer is absolutely amazing. Incredibly thorough, responsive, and an incredibly kind person. We had no worries while we were away thanks to Jennifer! Chuck is looking forward to next time already! 😁”

About: I started pet sitting in college, assisting at Pet Girls Pet Sitters in Austin, TX. Since then, I've reliably watched my friends' and family's furry friends. I've fostered a handful of dogs, young and old <3, which was such a fun time! I'm currently working part-time during the day and have a flexible schedule. I have a car and a bike and can get around the city reliably. I've fostered a number of dogs, young and old. I have experience hanging out with and taking new-to-me dogs on walks and for playtime.
About: My love for dogs was shaped by the amazing dogs I grew up with in Berkeley, CA. After majoring in sociology I decided to dedicate my life to understanding canines instead of humans, oops! I have spent the last 4+ years walking a pack of off leash dogs all over the beautiful open spaces in SF. I currently walk a pack of dogs M-F 10-3. Possibly have openings to add to the crew or open to walks outside of those time parameters. Availability for boarding at my apt or house sitting.. I live in an apartment 2 blocks from GGP, 2 blocks from Lands End, and 10 blocks from Ocean Beach. When I watch a pet they become apart of my family - I treat them with lots of love and the utmost care.

About: I've had about 30 dogs throughout my life. My last dog Lola was a fully trained service dog. I seem to understand dogs and they understand me. I've never been bitten, and I'm well-versed in training dogs in a very kind and gentle way. I've always dreamed of being a dog sitter and finally, at this point in my life, I have the time to fulfill my lifelong dream. I'm responsible, and physically fit which allows me to handle multiple dogs when necessary. If the owner wants their dog to go on a long hike or a brisk walk it's something I can easily provide. This allows me to work with dogs of all ages and sizes. I've had experience in training many types of dogs including crate training puppies. I specialize in working with larger dogs typically in the 50 to 90+ lbs range. I watch my partner's 90 lbs dog regularly and I also watch two of her children's dogs which are 90 and 70 lbs. I have two daughters who grew up with many dogs from puppies to fully grown rescue dogs. There are many children who have never learned how to approach and interact with dogs. One of my passions is helping children learn how to approach a dog and learn the proper way to interact and get to know them. Especially, those who are scared and unfamiliar with the behaviors of different dogs. I'm primarily a writer and still do some IT Consultant project work. Taking care of dogs gives me the freedom to do the two things I love the most. Writing and hanging out with dogs. I have the freedom to be available when needed by the dog owner and have a very flexible schedule. I live in the Outer Richmond. I'm just a few blocks away from Lands End, Ocean Beach, and Golden Gate Park. I prefer to work with clients in the Presidio. Lincoln Park. Inner, Central, and Outer Richmond. Seaclift, Inter, Central, and Outer Sunset. Most of my work is done at the client's home and in the area. I'm very respectful of a client's home and property. My references can attest to the fact that I keep things clean and orderly. It's my policy to leave a client's home exactly as they left it. I have a clean and safe fenced-in backyard. While I live in a large 3-bedroom 2-bath flat I believe most dogs would enjoy the environment around me and not being stuck inside. I specialize in working with large dogs typically between 50 and 90 lbs. I've had well over 30 dogs throughout my life and have trained many of them. I fundamentally believe that a dog should have the most enjoyable life possible. They have a relatively short life span and should be allowed to be dogs within certain limits. In addition, I will always follow the directions given to me by the owner.
“Nicole was awesome, and my usually shy cat, Chloe, warmed up to her immediately. Nicole was very flexible and accommodating, and she sent very cute, playful photos of Chloe while I was away at a conference. I would highly recommend her services and will definitely be rebooking her.”

About: Hi, this is Bryan! I have a 5 year-old Yorkie boy (and a cat). We go on walks 3-4 times a day, we clean our face, paws, pp, and butt after each walk. While my dog is a couch-potato when he’s with me, he enjoys meeting and playing with other dogs, big or small. Hair brushing can be therapeutic. My professional background is Marketing, Branding, and Communications. So communication is a big thing for me. I like clear instructions, asking questions, providing updates, etc. Look forward to connecting and helping you with your fur babies! I’m currently a full-time stay home pet parent. So my schedule is highly flexible. It would be great if my 8 lb Yorkie can tag along, but not a must. Also, it would be ideal if I can reserve 3-5 hours/day away from your house during house sitting, to run errands or grab dinner with my husband. Let’s chat and find out the best schedule that works for us. Communications is key. I’m willing to accommodate your requests in taking special care for your pet because you know them the best, and each pet has their own likes and dislikes.
“I booked Caitlin for two drop ins with my dog Rothko. She came to the first one and did great with my pup but cancelled last minute the second day because she was sick which left me in a really tight spot having to ask my neighbors to check in on my dog.”

“Kay was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Chicory, this past weekend! From the very first message, she was incredibly reliable and professional. What we appreciated most was her communication—she gave great feedback and kept us updated the whole time. It was clear that Chicory was in excellent hands, which allowed us to really relax.”

About: I’ve taken care of cats, dogs, and other furry friends my entire life. I’m a social work graduate student who loves working with both people and their animals! I’m even a licensed EMT, so you can be sure I’m dependable and great under stress! I currently work full time but will be taking time off before starting graduate school in August, during which time I will be fully available. I do not host animals in my home since I have two cats of my own, but I am dependable and responsible with pets and other peoples’ homes.
“I highly recommend Grace as a pet sitter! She provided exceptional care for my cat and was incredibly communicative with frequent updates and pictures that reassured me while I was away. Her flexibility was also outstanding—she accommodated my last-minute schedule changes without any issue. It's evident how much she loves animals, as she ensured my cat received the best care and attention. I will definitely be booking her again in the future!”

“Mikele was patient, communicative, and prompt. Even though my dog didn’t warm up, she handled the situation with professionalism and genuine care. I would recommend her as someone who is very reliable and thoughtful.”

I deeply understand that your pet is your baby/best friend/cherished family member and I strive to make sure they are treated with as much love, care, and safety while they are with me! I also have experience caring for cats and enjoy watching, feeding, and playing with cats of all kinds! I am happy to be adatable to your cat's vibe, whether social & playful or more independent & on the quieter side. Every cat is different and I'll make sure they receive the affection and care to ensure they are happiest! To ensure your pet receives my full attention, I only care for one pet (or siblings of pets!) at a time. This allows me to provide a calm and personalized experience for their needs. A bit more about me! ⭐ I've worked in fashion for the past 8 years. ⭐ I am an avid hiker & camper and enjoy long walks and the outdoors! ⭐ I enjoy crafting, sewing, cooking, and ceramics in my free time. ⭐ My camera roll is mostly dogs, cats, and photos of my garden. I currently work full-time and work from home, so I will have plenty of time to care and play with your pet! I live in a walkable and dog-friendly neighborhood with plenty of parks for lovely, safe walks. I am fortunate to live so close to Land's End (one of my favorite places in the city!) and enjoy taking dogs on the trail if appropriate for their energy level and age. I have a fenced yard and plenty of space in my apartment for your pet to explore, walk around, and play. I have a staircase in my apartment that can be blocked off with a gate if needed per your pet's care and ability. I believe pets deserve to live in our homes as we do, so your pet is welcome on the couch and bed for cuddles, naps, and chilling out. :)
“Ashley has taken wonderful care of our kitties while we were out of town twice now, including giving our senior cat his oral medication. We appreciate the great communication and pictures. Thank you Ashley!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was young. My oldest memories include playing with my family labs who were sweet, silly, treat-loving dogs. About 15 years ago, my family adopted Clover, a Schnauzer-Poodle who loves basking in the sun. More recently, my family adopted Theo, a chocolate lab who loves playing with his toys and running around outside. I have always enjoys playing with dogs, taking them in walks, or simply lounging by their side on a cozy night in. Throughout my childhood and into college, I was always taking care of dogs and cats to help out my neighbors. In 2024, I moved in with roommates and an orange cat who I have watched many times while my roommates are out of town. Since 2025, I have been regularly house and pet sitting for a lovely dog and cat, and am looking to expand my pet-care opportunities. I love spending time with animals and appreciate that each animal has their own personality and boundaries. I have some training skills, and have taken care of some senior pets as well. I have watched over some reactive dogs, but prefer taking care of dogs that are calmer and approachable. I currently work full time remotely, so I have ample time to walk dogs between meetings and tasks. My work schedule is flexible. I am an early riser so can get in a walk before work as well. I can accommodate most days, with limitations on Mondays and Wednesday evenings. Let’s chat more about your needs and scheduling. When caring for pets, I try to keep their routine consistent and follow all instructions provided by the owners to ensure they stay safe and comfortable. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, and movement based on their personality. I also keep the home tidy and clean. Communication is important to me, I’m always happy to send updates on how things are going. My ultimate goal is to make sure that both the pet and owner feel confident with my care.
About: Hi! I’m Yasemin (Yas), a dog owner and lifelong dog lover. I work from home, so I’m able to provide a calm, attentive, and cozy environment for pups who need daycare during the workday or boarding while their parents are away. I have a fenced yard for supervised potty breaks and outdoor time, and I’m home throughout the day to give plenty of attention, playtime, cuddles, and care. I’m happy to follow your dog’s routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, crate preferences, or any special needs. I have a friendly dog at home, so your pup will also have a companion. For everyone’s comfort and safety, I prefer to host dogs who are friendly with other dogs and do well in a home environment. I usually take only 1–2 dogs at a time, so your pup will get personal attention and won’t feel overwhelmed. I know how important it is to feel comfortable leaving your dog with someone, and I’ll treat your baby with the same care, patience, and love I give my own! Cheers! Yas I work from home so I am home most of the time during the week and the weekend. I am available for providing boarding as well as a day care sometimes. I live in an apartment and my unit is puppy proof and dog safe since I do have a dog at home as well! I will take care of your baby as the same I do take care mine! We will go to the golden gate park together for walks, and enrichment times! My dog and your dog can get to play each other as well so that’s a great bonus there! :)

“It was great we could book Vivian at such short notice. Vivian did a great job at communicating throughout the entire time and took great care of our senior dog Leo. Would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for attentive care for their pups.”

“Anais did a fantastic job with our cat! She immediately responded to my request and set up a meet and greet. She was punctual and responsive. She took care of all the care for Coco and brought in our mail too! She kept us updated with pictures and feedback. She even notified us of a gas smell in the house. I could see from the pictures and our return home that our cat was well cared for. We will ask Anais back anytime to care for our cat. She’s a gem!!”

Michelle is great! Did a fantastic job watching over our cat Moza with daily visits while we were away for the longest time we had been away from her. Michelle followed all care instructions great and we received daily updates and pics. Really cared for our cat and went above and beyond in communication and play time. Would highly recommend! Thanks very much!

Vivian takes incredible care of our beloved Coco three days a week. My husband and I could not be more grateful for Vivian. She has helped Coco with her antibiotics, diaper changes, slow walks, treat exercies, and endless cuddles. Vivian's love of animals is so obvious and I always look forward to her sweet notes about their adventures together. Count your pet very lucky if Vivian is in their care!

Jacob is SO courteous, kind and communicative! It is easy to trust him with our little pup, and he makes us feel at ease while we’re away. I’m confident Boog will get thoughtful attention and genuine care when he’s with Jacob. He was an easy “yes” for us to book regular services!

Couldn’t have asked for a better first Rover experience. Cameron was a dream to work with from the start and we knew from the first test visit that our cat, Ollie, also liked her. She was responsive, responsible, proactive, and clearly knows cats. Her updates and photos were thorough and kept us assured throughout the trip that Ollie was well taken care of. We would not hesitate to work with Cameron again.
