1. Liz F.
“We have a fearful senior rescue dog with a complicated history, and Liz has been great about doing an initial meet-and-great and then an extended drop-in to spend time with our dog alone. She very much understands how to interact with a fearful dog who needs time to feel trusting. Her experience as the guardian of a rescue dog herself definitely comes into play. She was punctual, cheerful, and generous-minded, and we really appreciate her willingness to work with Penny! We will definitely use her again.”
2. Alina U.
“Alina was fantastic! Very communicative and did a great job taking care of my cat.”
3. Anita W.
“Anita was so, so good with Kaya! She was understanding of Kaya’s nervousness, played all her favorite games and was so communicative! I felt so comfortable leaving Kaya in her care ❤️”
4. Yijie W.
About: As a 1 year old goldendoodle dog mom, I love creating the environment for animals to fully express and enjoy themselves. I especially took a puppy training class with my puppy to learn the kind of cues and behaviors that I need to pay attention to when a puppy is stressed or in need of attention. I love encourage puppies to socially interact with others and taking them out to parks and beaches. I am a tech worker working fully remote from home, so I can give the kinda of detailed attention to your fur baby as needed. I have dog gate and crate at home. My apartment is close to dog park. I also have all basic puppy toys and puppy pads, and supplies.
5. Sara S.
“Sara S. is an outstanding dog walker with an innate love for animals. Her natural talent for understanding and caring for our four-legged friends sets her apart in the field. With a deep passion for animals and an extensive experience working with them, Sara brings a wealth of knowledge to her dog walking endeavors. Her professionalism and excellent communication skills make her interactions with clients a delight, as she addresses their concerns and provides detailed reports on each walk. Sara's ability to foster strong bonds with the dogs she walks creates a positive and enjoyable experience for both the animals and their owners. Additionally, she maintains a safe environment during walks, demonstrating exceptional situational awareness. I wholeheartedly recommend Sara for the Rover App, confident that her love for animals will continue to drive her to provide exceptional service and care to every dog she encounters.”

8. Kelly F.
“Kelly cared for my cat Amelie for the week and a half that I was out of town, and was such a wonderful sitter! I really appreciate all the detailed notes of your visits and all of the pictures. She helped cleanup some cat vomit (sorry :() and brought in packages for me too. Kelly was super friendly and easy to work with and I would highly recommend her to other pet owners!”
9. Shaun Z.
“Shaun was fantastic - I cannot recommend Shaun enough. A few great things about Shaun: 1) He was incredibly professional - Shaun asked all of the right questions (ones I even forgot) upfront to make sure he was prepared for the day. He was on time (early!) and got right to helping our dog Spike while I was working. He sent a full day debrief after meeting which was so helpful. 2) He did a great job with our puppy! Shaun spent a lot of time playing, walking and hanging out with our dog. We are so grateful to have found someone who loves our puppy! He also sent a lot of pictures which was awesome. Can't wait to hire Shaun again!”
10. Valentina B.
“Valentina did a great job taking care of my kitty! She was very communicative and great with following instructions. She sent a photo every day. I plan on working with her again!”
11. Hannah C.
“Hannah has a genuine love for dogs and an innate ability to care for pets. She has provided dog sitting and walking services for many of her neighbors, who trust her for her dependable and attentive approach to looking after their pets.”
12. Elika L.
“Elika is wonderful dog caregiver. She is nurturing, energetic, patient, focused and calm when working with dogs. I've witnessed this first hand while walking my dog along with Elika. I was so impressed that I hired her to take care of my own dog, a Golden Retriever. She understands that different breeds can have different needs and she matches her approach with the needs and personality of the dog. You can trust that Elika will give your dog the absolute very best care and love. She is an accountable and reliable caregiver. You will be extremely pleased with Elika and your dog will love her!”
13. Julianna K.
“Julianna has been doing weekly drop-ins on my dog, Gunther, while I’m at work. She’s great - very communicative, punctual and patient with Gunther who scares easily at loud noises outside. Julianna does little but very much appreciated things like giving me a heads-up when Gunther’s lunch supplements are about to run out, and making sure he has ample time to potty outside before bringing him back inside.”
14. Logan C.
“Logan is amazing. My dogs adore him. He is on time and he is very responsive. I would definitely book Logan again. Thank you, Logan!”
15. Anna P.
“Anna came by daily to give our dog her insulin shots while we traveled. She was very easy to work with, has fantastic attention to detail, was a good communicator AND was very punctual. You really cannot ask for more. She was excellent.”

18. Salla K.
About: I grew up in a home with multiple dogs, cats, gerbils, and a bunny. I have volunteered at shelters and walked rescue dogs of all kinds of breeds, and have experience in training and socializing larger breeds. After moving abroad to study I have worked as a dog walker in multiple countries, and am now looking forward to help more furry friends in San Francisco! I am a student and freelancer with very flexible schedule, and therefore I have a unique opportunity to help busy people with their furry family members 🐶🐱 I have a large apartment with one set of strairs outside. The apartment is ”fur baby proofed” so that there is nothing hazardous for the pets to eat or chew on, an plenty room for them to wandering from one room to another. However I live next to Alta Plaza park and very close to Presidio, so I prefer to do long walks with any pet that enjoys them.
19. Jazmine G.
“I highly recommend Jazmine for dog walking/sitting services! She’s always been an animal lover and is reliable, trustworthy, and has a great understanding of dog behavior. My dog absolutely loves their walks and comes back happy and also very excited to see her every time!”
20. Madeline B.
About: I have taken care of pets since I was 9 years old, and it has become one of my favorite hobbies. I just moved to the city from Louisiana, where care is an expertise. I miss my dog from home so much and I’m looking to help fill that gap. I work full time, from 9-4 every week day. I am an early riser, and would be keen on walking dogs early in the morning. I also have plenty of time on the weekends to watch and take care of pets. The animals safety is my number one priority. It is important to know what safety measures need to be taken in the case of any emergency. I also know some pets are energetic, and I try to stimulate them as much as possible.
