Archie is diabetic with various health issues and Ferlanti send videos of her giving insulin- she took everything I asked of her into careful detail. She noticed Archies breathing was off and immediately let me know and came back to stay with him outside of her sitting times until someone could take him to the emergency vet. While at the vet, she checked in with me on how he was doing and worked with me even if any requests needed to be changed. She kept me updated constantly, cleaned up the messes and kept my apartment tidy & really helped keep me at ease. I can tell how much she loves animals and cares so deeply about taking such great care of them. I would recommend her over and over and over. Archie is a sweet cat but he definitely needs a lot of attention and I felt so confident leaving him in her care. About: I live in an apartment in Pacific Heights with my shih-tzu-poodle pup Bubba. Both Bubba and I are used to having other pups around as I fostered dogs for two years and started sitting on Rover in June 2014. Fostering has given me experience with more difficult dogs as well as senior dogs. Staying at our home means lots of attention with regular walks and trips to the park. I found and adopted my dear sweet Bubba in 2010, and after some training classes and lots of work on socialization, he has come out of his shell and has grown into a well adjusted friendly pup who loves other dogs and people. Both Bubs and I love having visitors that bring new energy and new personalities to our home. Our routine: My dog gets two walks a day, 7am-ish and 4pm-ish, and an early afternoon break to get out of the house and get moving. We take nice slow relaxing walks (Bubs is a senior), so everyone get's plenty of time to take in the smells. I care for all pets like they are my own; with love and respect. I pay close attention to their needs and behavior to ensure they feel safe and happy. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Doggie bed or in a crate if provided by parent. (Or with me if that's what your dog prefers). Time I'll spend with your dog I work from home. I generally try not to leave dogs on their own, in particular on their first night when they are likely to be more anxious. If I step out, I won't be gone longer than 4 hours.

About: I'm a communications professional for 30 years now, so it comes natural for me to share with pet owners every milestone of any day they're apart from their pets and trusting me with their care. For 20 years, I've cared for my friend's dogs, cats, and chickens in the Bay Area just for the fun of it. Now I'd like to open my experience and hope it will lead to more travel when I retire in a few year. Also, I have a veterinarian friend on speed dial. I've never had to call in an emergency. But I could! I work from home most days. I write, so I sit at my desk and I don't move much. I love having a cat on the desk or a well-exercised dog in their bed waiting for my next move. I go downtown twice a week, but I have a retired neighbor who volunteers at Animal Control and the SF Zoo who is nuts about dog-walking to fill-in for noontime walks. I like to treat all pets like they're my own, with a little extra in an auntie kind of way. I am an expert Kong-stuffer and a tug of war extremist, with a nice car that I don't mind getting hairy or muddy. Poo and litter are not things I shy away from. I love the smell of pet feet.

About: I am a dog lover, and at times a dog at heart! These creatures fill my void that people can’t while I work as a Nurse. I have grown up with both a Bichon Frise and a Maltese Shi tzu. But whenever I got a chance to be around my cousins doodle or sisters poodle my family felt that much bigger. I’ve always helped take care of our animals as I take care of people. Whether it’s cleaning, feeding, or walking them, it is similar to my full time job as a nurse, just being different mammals. As a nurse, I currently work 3 days for 12 hour shifts. This means, I have 4 days off. However, the days are always different for each week. I am unable to take care of any animals in my home at this time as my rental does not allow for pets! However, if ever given a chance to sit at your place, I’ll abide by your rules.

About: Hello! :) I grew up having pets around. We had a cat that lived to 22 years old and my friends always had dogs. I genuinely love animals and I know how to take care of them. I am a regular at pet rescues to volunteer, I've adopted and been a foster parent to dogs, puppies, and cats in the past. I've been the go-to person whenever my friends are out of town. I pet-sat for their cats and dogs. I'm really good with all kinds of animals, I absolutely adore them. I have experience giving pet meds (should I have to). I've sat for anxious dogs and was able to make sure they feel at ease while their humans are away. You can trust me with your fur baby and with your house too. About: Hi pet parents, My name is Erin I'm the happy owner of a 2 yr old Chipoodle named Toki I have over 25 yrs experience caretaking, walking, sitting, training,bording and loving dogs of all shapes and sizes. I'm calm, sensitive and dependable. When your animal is in my care it's as if I'm the next best thing to you! I follow your directions exactly to ensure your animal is happy and content at all times. I offer a variety of services from dog walking, sitting and drop ins. I also have experience taking care of elderly and sick pups. I know leaving your kid with a stranger can be stressful I want you know that when your dog with me I treat as if it were my own. I have a pretty flexible schedule rn so your pet would be paid alot of attention and I take them for 3-4 walks a day I have a fenced yard..Toki would be a good buddy to play with or to give moral support. If I'm on your home I always follow instructions to a T and leave your home in better or the same way I found it.

He sent daily updates with photos, has a nice indoor and outdoor area, and was flexible about the dropoff and pickup times. Bo's calm demeanor seemed to put my dog at ease, whereas she's normally a bit shy and timid around humans. When I picked her up, it was like I had been gone for a couple hours instead of a couple days. Her manners, energy level, and digestion quickly fell back into her normal routine.”
