“Butters had a fun day while I got to take from fostering him a bit! Betty was great with sending periodic updates for me and she was really helpful with advice on puppy training. I would definitely book her again!”

“Kelvin is VERY affectionate and caring towards all the pups he takes care of! My dog loves going to Kelvins and whines when it's time to leave ("grandparents syndrome"!!) He takes several pics, spend alot of time at the parks and walking the dogs. I highly recommend Kelvin to anyone needing either long-term or short-term care.”

“Gabrielle and Patrick were amazing and accommodated an emergency boarding for my pup! There was clear communication from the beginning with a chat the day before, and they very clearly know how to work with dogs and their different vibes. Would rebook!”

“She’s was so good to the babies! She sent plenty of photos of them having fun. As a pet owner, it is lovely knowing they’re okay and in good hands. Chewie already misses her.”

“Sean and Vy are absolutely amazing. They are incredibly reliable, and my dog loves them so much that he never wants to come home with me when it’s time to leave. Every time we arrive, he immediately runs straight to them, which says everything about the care and love they provide. It’s such a relief knowing my dog is not just safe, but genuinely happy and excited to be with them. I trust Sean and Vy completely and can’t recommend them highly enough—they truly treat my dog like their own :)”

About: My name is Eleanor and I live in San Francisco near the USF campus. I've been a lifelong dog lover, and previous dog owner. I work from home full-time, and am looking for an excuse to get out of the house and get some quality dog-time :) I no longer own a dog of my own, but I am experienced in obedience training, potty training, and dealing with reactive dogs. Looking forward to spending time with your pup! I currently work from home full-time, so I have time during the day to take your dog for a walk around the neighborhood, or a longer walk after work. I live with my partner (also a dog owner) in a one bedroom apartment. There isn't much space, but we love hiking, running, and being active so I'm happy to make sure your dog gets as much exercise as possible!

Pacific Heights dog parents share their Rover experiences
Joshua was fantastic with our puppy, Raisin. She took to him straight away, which is saying a lot because she’s usually very cautious around new people and doesn’t love being away from us. It was clear she had a wonderful day and felt completely comfortable in his care. He has a natural way with dogs, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. If you get the chance to book Joshua as your pet sitter, definitely do it!

This was the first time I tried a Rover sitter, and I’m so thankful Remy and his sweet daughter were my introduction! I have a senior dog with some special needs and who also requires medication, and Remy obliged all the instructions and, as evidenced by the photos and video he sent, clearly put my baby at ease and helped make him feel at home. He was extremely communicative, punctual, and very attentive to Cashew’s. I will definitely contact him again the next time I’m visiting the Bay Area and need a sitter!

Ziggy (puppy, 5 months) had a great day with Gage and the other dogs in his care. He got lots of outdoor activity and was tired and happy when we picked him up. We got lots of pictures throughout the day and some helpful training tips when we picked him up. Ziggy will be seeing Gage again in the future!
