About: I live in an apartment in Pacific Heights with my shih-tzu-poodle pup Bubba. Both Bubba and I are used to having other pups around as I fostered dogs for two years and started sitting on Rover in June 2014. Fostering has given me experience with more difficult dogs as well as senior dogs. Staying at our home means lots of attention with regular walks and trips to the park. Sara Why I love dog sitting I grew up with dogs, but I adopted my first dog in 2002. I found and adopted my dear sweet Bubba in 2010, and after some training classes and lots of work on socialization, he has come out of his shell and has grown into a well adjusted friendly pup who loves other dogs and people. Both Bubs and I love having visitors that bring new energy and new personalities to our home. Our routine: My dog gets two walks a day, 7am-ish and 4pm-ish, and an early afternoon break to get out of the house and get moving. We take nice slow relaxing walks (Bubs is a senior), so everyone get's plenty of time to take in the smells. I care for all pets like they are my own; with love and respect. I pay close attention to their needs and behavior to ensure they feel safe and happy. Your dog's sleeping arrangement Doggie bed or in a crate if provided by parent. (Or with me if that's what your dog prefers). Time I'll spend with your dog I work from home. I generally try not to leave dogs on their own, in particular on their first night when they are likely to be more anxious. If I step out, I won't be gone longer than 4 hours.

About: I'm a communications professional for 30 years now, so it comes natural for me to share with pet owners every milestone of any day they're apart from their pets and trusting me with their care. For 20 years, I've cared for my friend's dogs, cats, and chickens in the Bay Area just for the fun of it. Now I'd like to open my experience and hope it will lead to more travel when I retire in a few year. Also, I have a veterinarian friend on speed dial. I've never had to call in an emergency. But I could! I work from home most days. I write, so I sit at my desk and I don't move much. I love having a cat on the desk or a well-exercised dog in their bed waiting for my next move. I go downtown twice a week, but I have a retired neighbor who volunteers at Animal Control and the SF Zoo who is nuts about dog-walking to fill-in for noontime walks. I like to treat all pets like they're my own, with a little extra in an auntie kind of way. I am an expert Kong-stuffer and a tug of war extremist, with a nice car that I don't mind getting hairy or muddy. Poo and litter are not things I shy away from. I love the smell of pet feet.

Many owners and I are flexible with times and if something looks blocked on my calendar, feel free to ask, it might be available! My family and I are huge animal lovers and have fostered dogs and cats my whole life. I grew up with 9 cats and 2 dogs and now have 2 cats of my own. I volunteered in high school as a dog walker and currently dog walk 8 regulars and many one time/flexible and as need requests all types of dogs: big, small, reactive, need motivation to go on a walk, you name it! . I am open to pet sitting/dog walking/ and drop ins for all types of cats and dogs! If you don’t see a time that’s available, it’s likely that I have drop in visits for parents that are flexible with timing, feel free to book any time and we can try to schedule something! I am a huge cat person and would love to help you with drop in/ house sitting/ boarding! My cats are very friendly and love meeting new ones, but I can also stay in your home overnight if needed! 🐶🐱 I am easy to reach and always reply you can call me 24/7! I currently work from home and have a very flexible schedule, I am also here over winter break and most holidays! I can make almost any time work to come check on your pets :) I am also a rover customer so I give the services I would want for my own animals I offer services in your home. I am very cautious to check food, water and safety of your pets as well as lock and secure your home before I leave! I treat all animals as if they are my own, my cats are my babies!

About: I am a dog lover, and at times a dog at heart! These creatures fill my void that people can’t while I work as a Nurse. I have grown up with both a Bichon Frise and a Maltese Shi tzu. But whenever I got a chance to be around my cousins doodle or sisters poodle my family felt that much bigger. I’ve always helped take care of our animals as I take care of people. Whether it’s cleaning, feeding, or walking them, it is similar to my full time job as a nurse, just being different mammals. As a nurse, I currently work 3 days for 12 hour shifts. This means, I have 4 days off. However, the days are always different for each week. I am unable to take care of any animals in my home at this time as my rental does not allow for pets! However, if ever given a chance to sit at your place, I’ll abide by your rules.

I have a pretty flexible schedule rn so your pet would be paid alot of attention and I take them for 3-4 walks a day I have a fenced yard..Toki would be a good buddy to play with or to give moral support. If I'm on your home I always follow instructions to a T and leave your home in better or the same way I found it.
