“Julianna has been doing weekly drop-ins on my dog, Gunther, while I’m at work. She’s great - very communicative, punctual and patient with Gunther who scares easily at loud noises outside. Julianna does little but very much appreciated things like giving me a heads-up when Gunther’s lunch supplements are about to run out, and making sure he has ample time to potty outside before bringing him back inside.”

About: I started taking care of pets at a young age. I got my first cat when I was 5 and I currently have another cat and two small dogs. But now that I'm away at college I miss them very much. I love to be around all animals and hope that I can meet yours! Since I am a student I have availability in between classes which would be great for walks and shorter home visits! Weekends are free for me as well. Whatever the pups need at the owner’s home I am happy to handle! I have been working with animals for a quite a while and I've spent time volunteering at animal shelters so whatever you need I am more than happy to help.

About: Growing up, we had 3 Yorkshire Terriers, one Bull Mastiff, a short stint with a Basset Hound (which ended up with the Hush Puppy guy) and have family and/or friends, with Boston Terriers, French Bull Dogs, Miniature Bull Terriers, Yorkshire Terriers, Golden Retrievers, Havanese, Vizsla, Great Danes, Pugs, Dalmations, and more. My schedule is quite flexible. I take care of my 2 cats daily and routinely cat sit for a neighbor. Every time I see a dog being walked, I just want to stop and say "hello". It's very difficult to resist AND in such a dog-centric city! I will care for pets in your home as if it were my home; the Golden Rule rules. Of course every home is different as is every pet, so I will follow home & pet-specific instructions as needed to insure your pet pals are well attended to.

About: Over the years, friends and family have asked me to care for their pets and I'm more than happy to since my full-time job makes it challenging to have a pet of my own. Whether your pet needs a playful companion or gentle care, I’m here to provide it with the same love and attention I’d give my own pet. I recently moved back to SF and my full-time job here doesn't start until October, so I have a very flexible schedule at the moment. Before taking care of a pet I like to know their routine, any dietary needs, or other special instructions. I like to keep owners updated on how their pets are doing so you can rest easy knowing they are doing well while you are away.
