I avoid busy streets with heavy traffic and look for trails, dog friendly parks or quiet neighborhoods with sidewalks to ensure a peaceful and secure experience. About: I grew up with dogs and have taken care of young puppies as well as my parents’ 16-year-old dog. I’ve also been walking dogs for several years and have yet to meet a dog I don’t love. I really miss being around my parents’ dogs in Ohio, so I love getting to spend time with other people’s pets. I am very patient with animals and will always make sure they get the care they need. I’m work a remote job 6-2 pm. I’m available in the afternoon for a walk, am able to work anywhere if your pet needs care all day long, and am available in the evening as well. I will love your pets as my own. I am very organized and responsive, as well as patient and proactive. I want to make sure to do whatever I can to make your pets feel comfortable and happy.

I work from home, which means your pet is never alone. I’m always here to give them attention, walks, playtime, and company throughout the day. Since arriving in San Francisco, I’ve already cared for friends’ pets and loved every moment of it. I treat every animal with the same warmth and dedication I give my own. I usually go out two or three times a day, so taking dogs along fits perfectly into my routine. I work from home, which means I have plenty of time to give attention, play, and go for walks together. I truly enjoy sharing my days with pets and making them feel part of my family. I absolutely love having dogs in our home — it's something I’ve always done. Whenever friends travel, I am the one they call to look after their pets, and we genuinely enjoy every moment of it. And right on the corner of Leavenworth and Broadway there's a small park, so bathroom breaks and fresh air are just steps away — no planning needed, anytime they need to go. “I will book Avery again and again for sitting needs and highly recommend for the best care of your pets too! I was actually lucky enough to have Avery cat sit for my bud Midnight when we needed it most. It’s the worst case scenario but while sitting Midnight had a medical incident that was purely a result of his age. Avery called me and I was with her over FaceTime as she talked to him, comforted him, and loaded him to go to the vet. It’s a scary situation and was so thankful for her care while I was away. For someone to be so sweet and organized and caring in a situation like that I’m so so grateful. Not to mention the oh so happy pictures of the treats and pets while she was checking in! Should have left this review a while ago :) thank you Avery!”

About: I’ve taken care of two malamutes from puppy stage to adult stage. Very intuitive with dogs as far as noticing issues that might be bothering them. I currently work primarily for Instacart. So my schedule is 100 % flexible.
