A typical day
A typical visit starts with checking on food, fresh water, and the litter box, then spending some quiet time with your cat to see how they’re feeling that day. If they’re in the mood, I’ll use wand toys for gentle play, brush them if they enjoy it, or just sit nearby and keep them company. I’m happy to put on calm music or cat TV, and I always let the cat set the pace — some want to play, some just want company. I make sure everything is cleaned up before I leave and that your cat is comfortable and relaxed.

I’ve always loved cats and have one 2-year-old cat of my own now. I’m good at reading their moods, giving them space, and letting them come to me. I’m very on top of litter box cleaning and comfortable dealing with shy/anxious/FIC cats.

Xinyuan did a great job taking care of my 2 cats! She sent many pictures and videos and kept me updated on all the tasks she was completing at each check in. My cats warmed to her quickly and enjoyed their time with her. She was also very easy to get a hold of. I would highly recommend Xinyuan as a cat sitter!
