About: Hi there! I grew up caring and raising for 5 dogs up until I went to college. During COVID my family and I adopted a Doberman/German Shepherd puppy from a rescue and I spent the next 2 years caring and training him before I moved back to SF. I adopted a Goldendoodle puppy, Barley, about 3 years ago. Raising a puppy on your own is not easy, but I've learned a lot! My own pup is anxious and takes time to warm up to strangers and other dogs. I've worked hard to combat his reactivity through training and am proud to say we have made lots of progress. I am truly a dog lover and deeply care for any dog that comes my way. Throughout my time with my own dogs, I have also looked after my family & friend's pups as well. I have a great understanding on how to care for dogs from their puppy stage, into their teens phase, then into their senior years. With my past experiences with many dogs, I feel well equipped to help take care of pups of all ages, sizes and behavioral quirks. I currently have a hybrid full-time work schedule! I am typically in the office on Tues/Thurs and am available in the evenings after work. I work from home on the other days. About: I have cared for all different types of dogs for as long as I can remember. I grew up with them in the house and always took responsibility for their care. When family and friends leave town I always take care of them if I can. Having grown up with dogs, I have also cared for senior dogs and been responsible for administering medications. I have just finished a job contract, and while I am waiting to start graduate school in the fall I will have more than enough free time to care for your pets. My days will be relatively free so I can be with your pet whenever is convenient for you. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was young. My oldest memories include playing with my family labs who were sweet, silly, treat-loving dogs. About 15 years ago, my family adopted Clover, a Schnauzer-Poodle who loves basking in the sun. More recently, my family adopted Theo, a chocolate lab who loves playing with his toys and running around outside. I have always enjoys playing with dogs, taking them in walks, or simply lounging by their side on a cozy night in. Throughout my childhood and into college, I was always taking care of dogs and cats to help out my neighbors. Since 2025, I have been regularly house and pet sitting for a lovely dog and cat, and am looking to expand my pet-care opportunities. I love spending time with animals and appreciate that each animal has their own personality and boundaries. I have some training skills, and have taken care of some senior pets as well. I have watched over some reactive dogs, but prefer taking care of dogs that are calmer and approachable. I currently work full time remotely, so I have ample time to walk dogs between meetings and tasks. My work schedule is flexible. I am an early riser so can get in a walk before work as well. About: My son Nicholas and I have have been lifetime animal & dog people, and have had multiple dogs in our lifetimes. We both work from home, and share a love for taking care of animals. Our dog of almost 14 years passed away last year, and while we aren't ready to get a dog again, we've been missing the energy of having a dog in our home. We're experienced with both puppy's and senior dogs, as well as the health & aging related cycles of pet-owning, having cared for our dog through cancer treatments, kidney disease, arthritis, and more. We live near Golden Gate Park and love taking walks in our neighborhood and in the park and happy to walk your dog in their favorite neighborhoods! We've been part of this platform as pet parents for over 10 years, so we understand the process from both sides. Our experience has taught us the importance of asking thoughtful questions before every stay to ensure your pet receives the personalized care, comfort, and attention they deserve. We work remotely and have the flexibility to get your dog out for frequent walks and potty breaks. This also means we can give lots of scratches and pets during the day. We have enclosed front yard that the dogs can roam and do their potty breaks. If your dog is older, we have dog proof steps that we put on our wood floors to prevent our dog from slipping. We also have a new dog bed and dog stairs if needed.
