Pi just finished a 4 night stay with William and Carol, and we couldn't be happier! It was clear from the start that they genuinely care about getting to know each dog individually. William sent photos every day. We got to see Pi sleeping, playing with other dogs, doing potties outside, watching Carol cook, and just living his best life. He looked happy, curious, and completely relaxed, which told us everything we needed to know. What sets them apart is their intentionality. They keep the pack small so every dog gets real love and attention. When we visited, all the dogs were calm, gentle, and clearly bonded with William and Carol. We absolutely plan to come back! Our only worry was whether Pi would actually want to come home with us! 😄
We have only left Koba with family or one other sitter so when she told me she would be out of town I was worried about finding another sitter but we got lucky with Mike! We liked that he seemed to understand bully breeds and instantly felt at ease after the meet and greet. Mike kept us updated throughout the day with lots of videos and photos of all their little adventures around scenic SF areas. Koba definitely looked like he was having a blast. He was a little anxious/restless the first night but Mike was super understanding. He was so spoiled with love and attention and I’m so grateful we were able to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our pup. Thank you so much Mike for taking such good care of Koba! Kayla was amazing! This was the first time I used rover for my pup Levi and right before Kayla, I had a very bad experience booking a sitter via Rover. This made me extremely nervous about leaving Levi. Kayla was really responsive to my questions and requests, and made sure she sends me lots of picture updates. She was also accommodating about us leaving ramp at her house, Levi’s separation anxiety, and my friend picking him up at the end of the boarding. I can’t recommend Kayla enough!
Molly and Stephen were awesome with our pup, Stu! They watched him for two weeks while we were on vacation, and we felt totally at ease the whole time. Stu had a great time - lots of walks, cuddles, and hanging out in the yard. Their dog Duke was so sweet and very tolerant of our younger, energetic pup. We appreciated that Stu got the chance to have a canine companion around, too. We came back to a happy, relaxed pup (always the best sign). Would definitely book with them again!
Sheena was really wonderful all around! She was extremely responsive. Easy to communicate with. Asked great questions about the car Cheddar might need, and best of all sent really great pics and updates. I could tell he was well loved and had fun! Thank you Sheena!
