Fun, trustworthy, dog nanny
My senior dog of 13 years passed away in June 2021, so I am looking for some new dog friends to play with, care for, and cuddle! I love to hike and play at the beach if your dog needs exercise and adventure. I go to Crissy Field most mornings, and I would be happy to bring your dog along. I only use positive reinforcement. I have 25 years of experience caring for dogs of all sizes and ages. I board dogs 50lbs and under.

Mary watched our new pup for a few days and was great with him! He’s still learning to socialize with other dogs and she was super patient with him. She was very easy to book with and communicate with throughout the stay. We will definitely use her again!
Mary took great care of my dog Pebbles, sending photo updates of their fun in the sun. She was also communicative and flexible when I was delayed on my return.
Mary was awesome! My dog is a bit nervous and shy but I could tell she was comfortable with Mary and had a wonderful time. Communication was good and she was accommodating during drop off and pick up. Definitely recommend her!
Mary was fantastic! Nori can be skittish meeting new people but immediately warmed up to Mary. She was very patient and understanding with Nori’s behavioral quirks, took her on fun adventures at Crissy Field, and regularly checked in with updates and pictures. Hoping to have Nori stay again with Mary in the future!
Mary was wonderful with our pup! She updated us with photos and notes on how he was doing. She really knows how to care for dogs and make them feel at home. We are rebooking for an extended period!
From the moment we pulled up, my dog was so excited to return for a second stay with Mary. I really appreciated the easy coordination, photos of their outings, and good communication about my dog’s behavior.

Schedule
I work full-time M-F, mostly from home. My weekends are open and available hours are flexible. I walk daily, and would love to have your dog come along.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog will have full access to my apartment and a shared, fenced yard (my neighbor’s dog is sometimes in the yard too.) I am happy to crate your dog if they feel more comfortable with that, but I do not require a crate unless your dog has separation anxiety and/or chews things. Dogs are allowed on the bed in my home
A typical day
I love hanging out at the dog parks or taking dogs on beach walks and hikes in SF & Marin. I also have puzzle games and chew toys for inside fun too!
