“Alvin and his family were wonderful with Oatley. He was very considerate with her, even sharing his own pup’s food and products. Sterling, his pup, was adorable. Our pups seemed to come out of it as friends. Alvin was very responsive, messaging right away. Shared many cute pictures and updates throughout my Oatley’s stay. My pup definitely was in great hands, which took away both mine and Oatley’s anxieties. Would love for her to stay with them again!”

And I don't think I will be going back to the hotels. Stoli had such a great time, he didn't even want to come home! He was excited to see me but not his usual excitement. I think he wanted to stay with Allison and her family for a longer time. Allison and her husband are great dog sitters as Stoli settled in quickly and enjoyed himself. If I were to use this service again, I would try to book it again with Allison as she made me feel comfortable from the beginning during the meet and greet and during Stoli's stay. She was very responsive in a timely manner and gave great updates that included pictures. I give her and husband 5 stars for watching my "kid". ”

She was so excited to see Terry and her dog Ricky again! Pilo would always be anxious when I'd take her to a dog daycare center so it was very special to see her light up like that. Nothing but rave reviews for Rachel and Ryan. They took exceptional care of my rescue tripod. Immediately, I could tell that Rachel and Ryan had a genuine love of animals and lots of dog ownership knowledge. Despite having an urgent last-minute flight home, I felt completely reassured boarding my sometimes nervous/anxious dog with them. They shared so many wonderful updates and photos during Joon’s stay. With other Rovers, I’m often staring at my phone anxious for updates but I never worried with Rachel and Ryan. Charlie and Bonnie were wonderful companions for my pup, Joon, who does not have a lot of other doggy friends to play with! Everyone made Joon feel right at home. Cannot recommend boarding with Rachel, Ryan, Bonnie and Charlie enough!
Jaipreet was incredible with our puppy Cous Cous! He’s just over a year old with lots of energy , and we felt so at ease after meeting Jaipreet and seeing how wonderful she was with him. She updated us often with photos and videos that left us smiling all weekend long while we were away. We dealt with some crazy airport delays at SFO and she was so flexible and kind to us! I would 1000% recommend Jaipreet to anyone looking for a sitter who not only cares for your dog, but goes above and beyond to love your dog and make them feel at home in her presence! We can’t thank her enough and hope to have her watch our dog again soon!
Our dogs LOVED staying with Abby. We’ve got 2 pretty big dogs (golden and lab) and they were exhausted when we got them back. Abby and her family gave them so much love (beach, parks, walks and more) and made us feel very comfortable by sending pics and updates of all their adventures. HIGHLY recommend choosing Abby to care for your pups. We’ll be back!
Britt is the best! So calm and patient, and you can tell she genuinely enjoys the company of dogs. She takes great care to understand everything about a specific dogs needs and will do her best to keep them happy and healthy! Would 100% bring Tai back again and again!
