We looked so forward to the daily photos they sent (hi-light of our vacation). They gave daily updates on how our dog was doing and any questions we had were answered ASAP. “I planned a week long trip and was desperate to find someone to take care of my puppy, Biscuit. I looked everywhere for a place good enough to take care of my baby. I even ruled out most of my friends and family because they wouldn't have enough experience to be a good sitter. I looked at kennels but I didn't want him to be caged up for such a long time. I came across Rover.com on yelp and I decided to check it out. One of the first names that came up on my search was Allison. Her profile was the most comprehensive and well thought out so gave her a call to set up a meeting. We met at dog park which I was a little nervous about because Biscuit is pretty scared of other dogs. Allison's dog Moses was very social and really good with him so I was relieved. Allison and her husband Gordon were also great. They asked a lot of questions and wanted to make sure that they kept Biscuits on his regular routine. On the trip Allison sent about 7 or 8 pictures every other day and let us know how he was doing. That is a big plus and really put me at ease so I could enjoy my vacation. He looked like he was having such a good time I was worried that he would want to stay. I highly recommend Allison as a sitter and would definitely use her services again soon.”

About: My son Nicholas and I have have been lifetime animal & dog people, and have had multiple dogs in our lifetimes. We both work from home, and share a love for taking care of animals. Our dog of almost 14 years passed away last year, and while we aren't ready to get a dog again, we've been missing the energy of having a dog in our home. We're experienced with both puppy's and senior dogs, as well as the health & aging related cycles of pet-owning, having cared for our dog through cancer treatments, kidney disease, arthritis, and more. We live near Golden Gate Park and love taking walks in our neighborhood and in the park and happy to walk your dog in their favorite neighborhoods! We've been part of this platform as pet parents for over 10 years, so we understand the process from both sides. Our experience has taught us the importance of asking thoughtful questions before every stay to ensure your pet receives the personalized care, comfort, and attention they deserve. We work remotely and have the flexibility to get your dog out for frequent walks and potty breaks. This also means we can give lots of scratches and pets during the day. We have enclosed front yard that the dogs can roam and do their potty breaks. If your dog is older, we have dog proof steps that we put on our wood floors to prevent our dog from slipping. We also have a new dog bed and dog stairs if needed.

Daisy also has a few health issues (pancreatitis and IBS), and they did a great job caring for her specific issues and asking questions when needed.”
