She was very quick to respond and open to accommodating my needs, which made communication very smooth. One thing I would like to note is that it seemed this app was new to her, so I ended up paying a $10 cancellation fee just to switch from Day Care to Overnight. Typically, hosts are able to modify the booking on their end without a penalty, so I’m hoping this won’t be an issue in the future.
Logan is a dedicated and fantastic sitter. She boarded our two miniature dachshunds for 2 weeks over Christmas. We received updates and photos. Our dogs came home happy and healthy. While in her care our dogs had daily walks and plenty of love and cuddles. I would highly encourage anyone to leave their animals in the care with Logan.
Suellen took amazing care of Daikon! He’s a 15 month high-energy Golden Retriever, and she handled him so well. Suellen was very communicative and sent regular photos, which gave us so much peace of mind. I would absolutely trust Suellen to watch Daikon again, and we’re so happy we found her!
Robert and Martin are simply the best. Leaving Yoda for 10 days felt like a lot, but they treated him like he was their own family. We were so touched by the frequent photos and updates. You could see the genuine joy in Yoda’s eyes and tell that they truly loved having him around. They didn't just 'watch' him; they gave him an incredible vacation of his own. From big hikes and outdoor adventures to organizing playdates so he could socialize, they went so far above and beyond. Yoda came home happy, tucked out, and clearly missing his new best friends! We are so grateful to have found such kind, active, and attentive sitters. They are truly the best on Rover, and we’ll definitely be reaching out to them for his next stay!
All I can say is WOW! Ivy took such great care of my dog, Ember. She treated Ember as if she were her own pup and provided many photos and detailed updates throughout the day, which I truly appreciated. It made me feel like I was never far from Ember. I would absolutely recommend Ivy to care for your dog. Her sweet daughter even gifted Ember a donut toy that she loves.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kira took care of our two dogs as if they were truly her own. She was incredibly detailed and thorough, sending us daily evening updates that covered what the dogs did throughout the day, how they behaved, what they enjoyed, and what they ate. She also provided photos every single day, which gave us so much peace of mind. Our dogs played fetch, went on walks, and received endless cuddles from Kira and her husband. They were genuinely treated like part of her family, and we are so grateful for the exceptional care they received. On top of that, Kira even worked on some light training to help smooth out one of our dog’s excitement and anxiety related behaviors, which was above and beyond anything we expected. My partner and I felt completely comfortable leaving our pups with her and were able to truly enjoy our vacation knowing they were in such loving hands. When we picked them up, they were incredibly happy and honestly seemed a little sad to say goodbye to Kira and her family. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. A true 5-star experience and absolutely the cream of the crop on Rover! 🐾
