I work remotely in tech sales, which means I have a super flexible schedule, perfect for giving dogs the love, walks, and attention they deserve throughout the day! Being around dogs is something I look forward to, it’s such a happy, natural part of my routine. I already spend tons of time with my Aussie, Kenzo, so adding more pups into the mix just brings even more tail wags and joy. Whether it’s a morning walk, a midday play break, or extra cuddle time, it never feels like a chore, it’s honestly the best part of my day!

Every pet is unique, and knowing those sweet details helps me love and care for them just like you would!
A typical day
When I watch dogs, it’s all about making sure they’re happy, comfy, and having fun! Whether that means exploring the neighborhood on a long walk, playing fetch, or just hanging out for belly rubs and cuddles. Every pup has their own personality, and I try to match their vibe and make it a mini vacation for them too!

I’ve been around dogs my whole life and now have a 5 yr old Aussie who keeps me on my toes! I love being around dogs. I treat every dog like my own. I know how much pets mean to their parents, and I go the extra mile to make sure they’re happy, relaxed, and having fun while you’re away.

Vanessa is quite literally the best! I was in a huge bind and needed someone to watch my two large dogs very last minute while in the midst of the chaos of a cross country move and she went above and beyond to take care of my dogs within a couple of hours of me contacting her. One of my dogs was even sick during their stay and she was so caring and helpful making sure he was okay as well as following up after the fact to make sure they were safe/doing well! She also provided photos and updates throughout the stay which as a pet parent when bringing your dogs to a new place is always appreciated. I would highly recommend Vanessa to care for your pets if you want to leave them with someone who is compassionate, responsible and trustworthy :) ty so so much!
Vanessa was great - good sets of photo at regular intervals. Super fast communication beforehand and during.
Vanessa was so great with Bento and Ada. She sent pictures of them regularly. They looks very happy, and they had a lot of fun with her dog Kenzo. Her apartment is clean and her communication is great. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!
Vanessa was an amazing rover for our dog Chico! Lots of photos, long walks, and activities to keep him busy. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, attentive and active rover. Thank you again!!
