My dog boarded with her for a week and arrived as a bit of a hot mess, with multiple medications and special care needed. Vanda went above and beyond. she gave all the medications, did medicated baths, and made sure my dog was healthy, clean, and happy. She also sent me regular picture updates, which gave me so much peace of mind. From the very beginning, she and her daughter were outside waiting to greet us, which instantly made me feel comfortable and welcome. When I picked my dog up, she came back to me like a different dog. clean, nails trimmed, ears healthy, and skin in great condition. About: I used to raise Irish Setters for many years. Have always had dogs of all varieties....my last pet was with me for 22 years and now I have Ricky. I also welcome extended stays for your pets. They are always welcome here. I work from home all the time and my schedule is my own. I have an enclosed backyard and Ricky and I enjoy time at the local park and going for walks. Enclosed back yard and easy access to my apartment. This is a very safe and welcoming environment that welcomes dogs of all kinds. They cannot exit outside by themselves except to the back yard. I am semi-retired and truly enjoy taking care of other people’s pets and showing them the kindness and attention they are in extra need of when away from their owners. I have my own 7-year old Australian terrier who is well-trained and exceptionally friendly. I have always loved walking and take my Gracie on long walks and to local area parks everyday (including Dolores Park, which is directly across the street from my home; as well nearby Duboce, Alamo Square Park and others). I’d be delighted to have your small to medium-sized dog join us as one off occasion or on a regular basis. In addition, I also board dogs for overnights and longer stays. While advance notice of a week to several days is preferred, I know unexpected situations can arise and do my best to be available on short notice. I have a car now so I can do pickups and drop offs. “Yasmim and Kaline went above and beyond to make sure that Jack felt comfortable and secure while I visited my family. Jack has bad separation anxiety, and I really appreciated their efforts. They kept me well informed with frequent messages, photos, and videos, and I could see that Jack was chilling and relaxed. They even captured his goofy smile! Jack takes several medications, and they dosed him on time and without complaint from him. I highly recommend them!”

Our border collie mix loved staying with him, and he was super great about dealing with our dog’s last minute injury the day before we left on our trip which resulted in our dog having to wear a cone + take daily meds. He kept us updated daily and I can tell my anxious dog loved him because she came home so calm and mellow! Highly recommend and we will definitely be booking again with him!”
“Kara and Val were a godsend when we needed a last minute sitter for our pup. Kara was prompt and responsive in setting up a meet & greet where she got to talk with us and get to know Petunia a little bit. We were nervous as it was our first time leaving her, but she warmed up to Kara, Val and their adorable daughter Mae quite quickly! Kara was great about sending updates and photos and made us feel secure, at ease and able to enjoy our time away. Cannot recommend them enough 🐶😁”

And I really appreciated how much Andrea went out of her way to make her comfortable. Also really appreciated Andrea's communication - loved all the texts and pictures I got during the stay and also all the communication before as well.
