She had my care notes printed and ready when I dropped Lola off, asked thoughtful questions, and kept me updated throughout the week with lots of photos—which brought so much peace of mind while I was traveling. She was also incredibly flexible, even adjusting plans when my flight was delayed and willing to drop Lola off when I returned. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches and takes the responsibility seriously. Lola was safe and well cared for, and I really appreciated the attention Sonia gave to all of her special needs. I’m grateful to have found her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful, reliable, and loving care for their dog.”
