“Eunjun was very responsive and flexible when helping watch my dog Toby. She was willing to pick up Toby at a friends house nearby as we were out of town, and also was open to us picking up Toby earlier than scheduled. Such a huge help to have someone responsible and caring watch our senior pup!”

Annabel let us know immediately, provided thorough updates about what happened, how Troi was doing, and the steps she took afterward. Her transparency, attention to detail, and proactive communication gave us complete peace of mind and showed just how seriously she takes the dogs in her care. It’s clear that Troi is genuinely loved and treated like family when she stays with Annabel. “Henri had a great weekend at Paulina’s! She came out to greet us and then took the leash and introduced Henri to her home-he was so comfortable with her from the start. Our dog has hardly been away from us in his 7 years and I was a little nervous about leaving him with someone new, but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. Paulina is a very relaxed person and sent updates and adorable photos each day. It made me happy to see him look so at home with her. Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. Paulina was an absolute lifesaver and we are so happy to have found her!”
