I have experience with different dog sizes and breeds. 🐾 My American Akita, Anjie, recently passed after a long, happy life with me. 🐾 Large breeds are especially welcome. 🐾 At this time, I’m focusing on boarding dogs who are generally healthy and comfortable in a home environment. Please share your dog’s age, routine, temperament, and any medical needs when you reach out for booking unless your pet profile is complete. 🐾 I work from home much of the time. I do sometimes need to leave a dog alone. Dogs who are not destructive or prone to significant separation anxiety do not need to be crated unless you prefer that your dog be crated. 🐾 I own my condo, which is calm, clean, and dog-friendly. I welcome your dog’s bed, toys, and familiar items. 🐾 I have a lot of outdoor space on the property and am close to Glen Canyon Park and other walking areas. I have a car, so I can get around easily.

Paulina was super communicative and sent a lot of photos. Our pup got lots of walks and seemed very happy when we picked her up :)
Paulina took amazing care of my dog, Rufus, over a long weekend. She kept me updated throughout his stay with photos, videos, and regular status updates, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. When I picked Rufus up, he was well-fed, well-groomed, and happily exhausted from plenty of playtime and attention. It was clear that he was treated like part of the family. I would absolutely trust Paulina with Rufus again and hope to use her services in the future. Highly recommended!
Henri had a great weekend at Paulina’s! She came out to greet us and then took the leash and introduced Henri to her home-he was so comfortable with her from the start. Our dog has hardly been away from us in his 7 years and I was a little nervous about leaving him with someone new, but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. Paulina is a very relaxed person and sent updates and adorable photos each day. It made me happy to see him look so at home with her. Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. Paulina was an absolute lifesaver and we are so happy to have found her!

Paulina is a young woman with a strong moral compass. Whether she commits to taking care of a pet or a completing a project, she follows through and does the very best she can. Paulina is responsible, patient and intuitive. I love my own dog and would be thrilled for Paulina to provide care to him. Knowing my fur baby would be safe and that Paulina has the intelligence and stamina to take care of any emergencies, would set my mind at ease. Paulina loved her own sweet dog. She walked, groomed, nurtured and nourished Anji. I watched Pauilna comfort (hugs and love filled the room) her as she passed on to doggie heaven.
Paulina is my sister, we had a Yorkie and then an American Akita. If you know Akitas you know she knows how to handle any kind of dog. Great with dogs and timely.

Dog Walks (That’s when I come to you.) 🐾 I’m open to afternoon and evening walks. 🐾 I can walk 2-3 dogs from the same family.

Care & Safety 🐾 I have supplies like a crate, bowls, shampoo… 🐾 I leash dogs unless they’re in a private space. 🐾 I’m fine crossing the street with your dog if she/he can be reactive.
A typical day
I go on hilly neighborhood walks and trails or the beach when dogs like those environments and do well in the car. 🐾 If your dog has a favorite car blanket, please bring it.
