About: I have had a life long love of animals and have grown up with cats and dogs. In addition I am a long standing volunteer at the SFSPCA, and am trained in dog and cat care. If your pet is shy or out going I know exactly how to work with them. I am a college student with a fairly flexible schedule. As junior my course load is predictable therefor I can work with you to find a convenient care schedule. I am available to walk dogs or care for cats at your home. I have a car and can reliably get to you. When we first meet I would love to spend a little time with your pet and learn your routine in order to make them as comfortable as possible. If you are traveling for an extended period I will gladly send you pictures and keep you posted on what is going on.

I’ll always follow your care instructions, use secure leashing practices, pay close attention during walks, and make sure your pet has fresh water and plenty of affection. I’ll treat your home with respect and keep you updated with photos and notes after each visit so you can have peace of mind. Having cared for dogs my entire life, from running a pet-sitting business for over 10 years to volunteering 400+ hours at an animal shelter, I understand that every dog has different needs and personalities.

About: I've always taken care of my family and friend's dogs when needed, and I wanted to share that same hospitality with other pets! Previously, I've done some overnight dog sitting but I primarily do day time visits. My dog sitting has included going out for walks and playing in parks and feeding the dogs. Nothing crazy, but I enjoy meeting all different kinds of pets! My summer schedule is very free and flexible, which means I have lots of time to play with the pups! My mornings and afternoons tend to be most free on Monday through Fridays, and with proper planning I would also be able to do some weekends! Near my home, I have plenty of parks for dogs to roam around and play in, so they never feel too cooped up. Additionally, if I were to ever dog sit somewhere in the city, I know the streets well enough to know where it is safe for walking and what parks are good for playing in. In homes, I am very gentle with the pups and know how to handle a dog, whether that be bringing them to their crate or putting on their harness.

About: I've grown up with dogs and cats in the household all my life (mostly dogs). Though, I don't have any pets at the moment, my family often relies on me to watch and take care of their pets while they're away. Because of my many years of experience with dogs and cats, I'm familiar with their manners and behaviors. Also, I just recently found out that I have a calming effect on them! I'm currently working part-time so I'm available for dog walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. Mostly available on Mondays through Saturdays, mornings to evenings. I like to first get acquainted with your pup or cat, as I like to make sure they trust and feel comfortable with me. Beforehand, I also make sure to note any highlighted behaviors I should know about. For example, if a pup hasn't been socialized yet, they can become uneasy around other dogs while on walks by barking excessively or growling at the other dogs.

About: Hi! My mom is a vet so I have grown up surrounded by animals from dogs, cats, birds, to rabbits, and ducks. I worked in Washington D.C at a dog day-care and had been walking dogs regularly over a year in Denver and San Francisco. I am an active person and enjoy being outdoors especially with a dog by my side. I have dealt with a variety of dogs from small to large, shy and aggressive dogs and am not phased by more aggressive or excitable dogs. I keep a calm composure and am able to manage situations where a dog gets excited about seeing another dog, cat, or person. While working at the dog care, I often had to manage situations calming down exited larger dogs, there is no situation I can't handle!
