“Christina was immediately intuitive, getting that my dog’s disposition can be challenging, and working some serious magic to make both me and my dog comfortable. My dog was nervous at first but warmed up to her quickly, not something we typically see.”

About: I have experience with cats, rabbits, hamsters, and dogs. I love to play with animals and go on adventures. I also love to hangout with them and give them loads of attention. I am able to adapt to a pet's needs. I practice patience and care with all my furry friends. I am currently working part-time and have a lot of availability. I am an early riser and would love to do morning routines and walks in addition to any other schedule needs. I am very respectful of other's homes and spaces. I leave places better than I found them. I like to keep things neat and tidy.
About: I’ve lived with dogs and have dog sat for neighbors and friends over the years, including multi-day stays in my home. I’ve most recently been sitting for a friend’s dog and have been able to care for daily routines like feeding schedules, walks, runs through Golden Gate Park, playtime, and cuddle time! What sets me apart is the amount of time and attention I’m able to give. I work remotely, which allows me to be home throughout the day and fully present rather than rushing in and out. I’m very attentive to routines, instructions, and communication, and I take pride in keeping owners updated so they feel at ease while they’re away. I’m especially comfortable with dogs who enjoy consistent routines, long walks, and a calm, cozy environment. I focus on making each dog feel safe, loved, and at home during their stay. I work full time fully remote, which allows me to be home throughout the day and easily build pet care into my daily routine. I’m available for walks, feedings, playtime, and companionship during the workday, as well as mornings, evenings, and weekends, so pets receive consistent attention rather than long periods alone. I focus on providing a calm, safe, and loving environment while closely following each pet’s routine and care instructions. I’m attentive to behavior, ensure secure walks, keep a clean space, and communicate regularly with owners so they feel confident and comfortable while their pet is in my care.
“Dana was awesome. She was professional, warm, and genuinely friendly from the start. She arrived right on time, followed all directions carefully, and carried herself with a confidence that immediately put me (and my dog) at ease. My dog was visibly excited to see her and came home happily tired and relaxed after their walk — always the best sign. Dana was communicative and prompt throughout. I would absolutely book her again.”

“So grateful for Katheryn. She did an incredible job with my dog Clementine. Took such good care of her and gave me a great report after. Will absolutely be booking her again!”

About: I was a pretty avid volunteer at the SPCA where I took classes to take care of dogs of different temperament levels. When volunteering I always helped prepare snacks, socialized with dogs, and walked with dogs of different shapes and sizes. I'm currently not working except from production gigs here and there. I am usually free most of the week if the days are planned and scheduled ahead of time. I will take precautions and do my best to take care of your dog on walks or at your home. And make sure you contact promptly if need be.
“Mick walked our dog Reggie. He was very kind and took time to come over for a meet and greet before his walk date. We came home to a happy dog. Thanks Mick!!”

“Emily was amazing and did an excellent job walking my two dogs the days I was out of town. Her communication was great and I would definitely hire her again! Thanks so much Emily for a great week!”
About: I’ve been constantly surrounded by Dogs throughout my life. My friends and family regularly entrust me with taking care of their dogs, whether that be walking their dogs while they’re at work, dog/house sitting for them when they’re out of town, or even fostering a dog for a friend when moving out of town for a year. When it comes to dog walking, dog sitting, dog feeding, and dog entertaining, I’ve done it all, and I’ve loved it all! I currently work a part-time job remotely with a flexible schedule, so I have all the time in the world to keep your pets company! Barring previous commitments, I'm available 24/7 walk your dogs and/or housesit. When in a client’s home, I do everything I can to make sure that any pet under my care is happy, healthy, hydrated, and safe. I’ll be constantly checking in on your pet, responding to his or her needs to make sure they’re comfortable and entertained. As well as this, I’ll be tracking their food and water intake throughout the day, refilling their bowls when necessary, and ensuring that they’re taking any necessary oral medication.
About: I am consistent, attentive, patient & understanding! I have the time to give to each pet what they need & take their needs and details seriously! I let the pets sniff and leisurely wander as much as they want, and I talk out loud to them. I enjoy learning each pets behaviors and hilarious traits. I also love to get the best photos of them, because who doesn't love cute photos of their pet?! I have cared for senior dogs, as well as medically dependent dogs. I can administer IV drips, liquid and pill medications - all on time. I can assist them with unique behaviors and avoid any triggers they may have. I have a lot of time and flexibility, and I enjoy walking & finding new sights to see. It feels comfortable having a companion & I find joy in observing dogs and cats while we explore with each other. I am extremely respectful of one’s space, and I can accommodate pets and their environments easily. I understand the need to be comfortable in your own home. I am only able to care for pets within their own homes, not host as my own.
“After a few months of having trouble finding a reliable person to care for my senior pup, I found Syd through this app. She came on board a couple weeks ago and is doing an amazing job. She is reliable, always on time, and we had some really crappy weather this week and she still showed up. She is communicative and always fills out his report card and uploads cute pics. I'm so happy to have Sydney caring for Charlie and knowing he's getting the loving attention he needs while I'm away from him at work. Highly recommend her!”

About: I grew up with 3 Great Danes and have loved dogs of all shapes and sizes all my life. Animals are the purest creatures on earth, and they should be taken care of with the utmost respect. I would love to help ensure your puppy has all of their walking and company needs. I have walked dogs since I was in college and have a knack for connecting with animals. I currently have my own Australian Shepherd named Bear! I’m currently working part time so I have plenty of time to take care of your pet for walks or visits pretty much any time during the week. I have a car so I can be there quickly as well. I can come to your home and take care of your pet to make sure they are fed and given plenty of pets while you are away. I don’t offer services at my own home.
Twin Peaks dog parents share their Rover experiences
Angela is so great with our little Brussels Griffon! He can get into moods where he really doesn’t want to go on a walk but a little sniffari and some outside time is good for him! Angela is so patient and seems to really adore him. She works with him to slowly do a lap while he is in a lazy mood. Very grateful to have found her!

Finding a dog walker who is both reliable and truly patient is rare. Ella has been very helpful and easy to coordinate with and have shown incredible patience with Olive as she sometimes takes time to warm up to other people. It’s clear they genuinely care about the animals they work with.

Ben always takes excellent care of my Maisel on walks. We used him as a regular walker for several months while my work schedule shifted around. He is reliable, highly communicative and very patient with dogs. Maisel always came back tired and happy 😊 wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben!

Dana was awesome. I would absolutely book her again.
