About: Hello! I’ve been walking and sitting animals for more than a decade, and love making new furry friends. I’ve cared for puppies and older dogs, high-energy and anxious animals. I have a wily, wonderful pug-mix at home who loves a chance to socialize, too. I currently work from home, for myself, so I have room to take on clients in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings. Weekends and weekdays both work! I approach all new animals with sensitivity and respect for their space and needs. I love getting to know a dog and learning their personality traits, favorite routes, and funny quirks. This helps me get to know what they need, when.

About: I’m a 42-year-old gay dog lover who recently said goodbye to my own pup after 13 incredible years together. Caring for my dog has always been one of the best parts of my life, and I genuinely love getting to know every breed, quirk, zoomie level, and cuddle style out there. Pet care has been part of my daily routine for years. I recently lost my dog after 13 wonderful years together, and before that we took at least three walks a day — everything from quick neighborhood strolls to longer adventures exploring different parts of San Francisco together. I genuinely miss having a little shadow by my side, so caring for and walking dogs still feels like a natural and meaningful part of my everyday life. I love getting to know each dog’s personality, energy, and favorite routines. I focus on making pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in both my home and theirs. I follow each dog’s routine closely — including walks, feeding, medications, playtime, and cuddle preferences — while giving them plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and calm energy. I also love sending photo updates so owners know their pups are happy and well cared for.

About: Nice to meet you! I am a lifelong lover of animals, and have always had pets of my own. I have years of experience volunteering at the Humane Society, in addition to pet sitting for neighbors and family friends. I understand that it is nerve-wracking to leave our pets, and I welcome the responsibility and privilege that comes along with caring for these special creatures. I am comfortable with administering any medications needed, as well as walking and socializing the animals to ensure they maintain their routines and feel at ease. Every animal is unique, with their own habits, preferences and comfort levels with new people. I understand the importance of paying attention to their queues and adapting to their needs. Our pets are our family, and I will treat yours as just that. I have a very flexible schedule! I am available during the week days and weekends to come by and spend meaningful time with your fur babies, take them on walks, and can make twice daily visits to give them their food, clean litter boxes and administer any medicines needed. If your pet has additional needs, I am happy to work together to create a schedule that accommodates them. As a proud cat parent of two very sweet and energetic cats who have a pension for plastic and hair ties, I understand that many of our pets have their own quirks. I will be diligent in ensuring that the little (or big) ones do not get into anything that is not meant for them. And if you enjoy pictures of your pets while on a trip, I will be their personal photographer!

I have pet sat dogs and cats for my friends and family numerous times and grew up taking care of cats. I work full time outside of Rover but would love to spend my weekends taking care of your furry babies. I work full time during the weekdays (typical 9 to 5 in office) and am availability during weekends to give your pets some love and attention. I live in a quiet apartment where your pets are free to sprawl out and enjoy. There are multiple parks within walking distance where I would be happy to take your little ones on an adventure to.

About: You know how you have that one friend who loses their train of thought when they see a cute pup down the street? That’s me. I’ve never met a dog I didn’t want to pet! Though, to be fair, I have an affinity for all animals. Having grown up with Rottweilers, I have a soft spot for “scary” breeds (that we know are actually the biggest lovers) and have the most experience with reactive dogs, including walking and socialization. Our own pup, Miso, also gave me an honorary dog nurse degree. He had a chronic disorder that required strictly timed medications and meals, so if your pup needs extra attention in that regard, I have ten years of experience making sure pets are feeling good! Unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to our sweet boy this past December, so Rover doggos help fill the big hole left in my heart. I hope I get to meet your pup(s) soon! I promise, we will have a blast together 🐶 I run a company where I make my own schedule and work from home 80% of the time. I also live couple blocks off Golden Gate Park and would love to explore the trails with your pup! I have a spacious apartment, a few blocks off the park. Whereas I don’t have a yard, the limit does not exist for the number of walks your pup may get at Golden Gate! There are no other animals or children at the apartment; however, there is a carpeted flight of stairs to get inside.

About: Ive grown up with dogs since I was 12 years old in the south. Many of my friends and family have dogs - I always do informal training and give long walks. I’m exploring getting or fostering a dog in the future and wanted to get involved here as a first step! I’m currently searching for jobs so have a lot of flexibility throughout the week. Walks and check ins will be preferred but eventually will consider overnight care. I hope to find regular dog parks for your pup to be known at. I like to understand house rules for your dog(s), places they are most comfortable and places that trigger them. I always make sure there is water available and to lock doors behind me.

About: I have had pets al of my life (many cats and dogs, both small and large). I have eaten many a meal with a cat on the dinner table (bad, I know). I can play with the dog, or chill with the cat. I also enjoy long walks and watching tv, so I can do whatever the pet wants to do. I am currently working part time at a wine bar and searching for a job in the esthetics world (I just graduated school). I am free during the day and most evenings. I care for any pet like it’s my own. I will feed regularly and clean the litter box when needed. I am also a LitterRobot owner so I am proficient in cleaning it, or ‘fixing it’. About: I have experience with different dog sizes and breeds. My girl who died recently was an American Akita. She lived a full life with me. I know puppy to senior care. I’m available for full-service boarding in my home. I’m open to afternoon and evening walks. I WFH much of the time. My schedule is more flexible than many. I really enjoy outings with dogs. I own my home. It’s a condo. Minimalist decor. Tile floor. Dog-friendly door. Not messy. I welcome your dog bed, toys, and anything else your girl or boy needs. I do have emergency supplies. I don’t leave dogs alone much. Dogs that aren’t destructive or prone to dangerous anxious behaviors don’t need to be crated. I have a lot of outdoor space. I’m close to Glen Canyon Park and more. I have a car, so I can get around easily and quickly.

I can accommodate frequent walks, potty breaks, scheduled feedings, and plenty of playtime or cuddles throughout the day. I’m also available evenings and weekends for boarding or last-minute drop-ins. I live in a clean, quiet apartment that’s a calm space for pets to settle in. Since I don’t have a yard, I take dogs on multiple walks daily to nearby green spaces for exercise and potty breaks. I follow your feeding and medication instructions exactly, keep hazards out of reach, and send photo updates so you always know how your pup is doing.
