About: Growing up with pets has taught me a lot. Ive helped many friends with their pets for a long time and enjoy doing it! I have 3 cats and 2 dogs of my own that I care about and love deeply. I great at following instructions. Keeping up with routine, giving meds on time and I am good at communicating with families and reporting issues to pet owners and making sure they feel comfortable with leaving their pets in my care. I’m currently working part-time in the afternoon during the mornings I have free time to take care of your pets and take them on walks and do drop in visits. I will always follow a routine and if there’s a problem with the routine or with your pet I will communicate to you to make sure everything is fine and to find the solution to the problem I have no problem with updating and sending pictures as much as you’d like so you can know your pet is safe with me.

About: I've loved dogs even before my family got our first dog. Taking on extra responsibilities for our first dog was so exciting, and now it's all I want to do. Knowing how much I love dogs, all sorts of friends and family members have come to me for help. I just graduated from college and have moved back home to San Francisco. I am very excited to be back and get to know some dogs in the area! I would care for your dogs by paying attention to whatever needs they may have. I'd walk them, feed them, and take them outside, and I would be able to crate them if needed.

About: I've fostered dogs of all sizes & breeds for 7+ years, and had 4 dogs of my own over the years. I work from home, my hours are flexible. Your pup is never alone. I focus on holistic care to support the well-being of a dog with exercise, play and nutrition. I am well-versed in dog behavior and use positive reinforcement to work with dogs when necessary. Senior dogs have a special place in my heart. Special arrangement can be made to accommodate hours outside of my normal hours. Pet care is an important part of my daily routine. I make sure my pet has fresh food and water, walk at least twice a day, and receives plenty of attention and affection. I work from home and my hours are flexible. I can take dogs on long or short walks, depending on their needs. I have a fence in yard. I use positive reinforcement techniques from years of working with foster dogs to encourage positive behavior. About: Hi there! I'm Melanie! I grew up with pets in my house, and taking care of animals has always felt like second nature to me. Whether it's a quick drop-in visit to check on your cat, a walk to burn off your pup's energy, or house sitting while you're away, I treat every pet like they're my own. By day, I'm a registered nurse, so caring for others (two-legged or four-legged) is basically what I do. I'm calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and take responsibility seriously, whether that's a patient or your pup. I know how much peace of mind matters when you're trusting someone with your home and your best friend, and you'll get updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for. Looking forward to meeting you and your furry family member! Free all day, I just have to study but I am not currently working so I will be able to care for the dog all day if necessary. I care for my clients pets by ensuring safety as my number 1 priority. This means, no food or treats are accessible for your furry friend to eat, no small objects or socks or anything is accessible for them to eat or ingest, there are barriers to other peoples rooms, and I will always be sure to know where the nearest pet emergency hospital is, just as a precautionary measure.

About: Through raising and training my own dog who is a cattle dog mix, I’ve learned all about dog behavior, body language, communication, and how to train and look out for all these needs. After meeting so many other dogs, including the ones I work with volunteering at the animal shelter, I understand and love how different each dog and their personalities are, so my approach to how to work with a dog is based first on understanding the level they’re at. My current schedule is very flexible, so I have lots of availability to spend time with your pup! I can do drop-ins and walks during the workday, after work, or weekends. I have a car, so it’s easy for me to get around the city if needed. I can walk around your neighborhood or a nearby park, or happy to take your dog on an adventure to the beach or a hiking trail if you and your dog are up for it! I pay close attention on walks and can limit interactions with other people and dogs as needed. I can work on training during my visit, whether it’s basic obedience training, loose leash walking, reactivity, etc.

About: I have been petsitting occasionally since I was a teenager. I am an engineer currently seeking a permanent job. I am reliable and when I care for your pets I really like to focus on helping them feel safe and comfortable. I understand animals well, and I know how difficult it can be for them when their family is away for any period of time. I am ready to give them love and support when you're not around. I can only petsit at your place and while my main focus is on your babies, I'm also happy to water your plants or pick up your mail etc. I am also available to do 30 minutes to an hour walks within San Francisco to small or medium size dogs, as well cat feeding, playing twice a day if that is preffered. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have and if you need any reference beforehand. Thank you! I am an engineer, environmentalist, and SRHR counselor, currently seeking a permanent job, and I usually dedicate 3 to 5 days a week to pet sit and walk friends and family’s pets. I am happy to assist any day of the week (even on weekends) if you request one week in advance. Currently I am only pet sitting at clients home. I also offer walks, feeding, petting them at your home and park plays as you would like.
