“Wow!! we've never had a walker like Crystal before! She and Luna immediately fell in love, and Crystal doted on her on every walk. She even made Luna a birthday cake biscuit ( after asking us first). At the same time, she was incredibly punctual and great at communication. She's great!”

About: I’ve been helping to care for our family’s cats (feeding and litter boxes) from a very young age. I also have quite a bit of experience pet-sitting and have stayed overnight to care for friends’ pets. I will often take family or friends’ pets for walks while visiting, just because I enjoy being around animals. I am very diligent and will maintain any schedule or special instructions you might have. I do work full time from 8-4:30, Monday through Friday, but I am available in the evenings and on weekends. I do some tutoring after work but will be able to incorporate pet care into my schedule. I live in an apartment, but we do have a fenced in dog park and there are several large parks nearby. I do have a cat and dog (who are rather spoiled), but they are both quite friendly and ready to keep your pet company. My apartment is a decent size, and I strive to take my dog (a senior mini pinscher) out at least four times per day.
About: Hi! I’m Guidi,a full-time, home-based dog sitter providing a calm, safe, and loving environment for your pup. My husband Tom is assisting me with sitting your pup. We intentionally keep my care small and personal — I accept no more than 3 dogs at a time so every dog gets plenty of attention, supervision, and affection. Dogs in my home are treated like family. They are welcome on furniture and even on the bed if that’s what they’re used to, because I want them to feel comfortable, secure, and at home while you’re away. I have a secure backyard for playtime and fresh air, along with daily walks and lots of indoor interaction. Since I work from home full-time and do not have my own pets or small children, I’m able to give your dog my full focus and adapt to their unique personality, routine, and needs. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, from energetic pups to calm seniors. My goal is simple — to give your dog a safe, happy, and stress-free stay while giving you peace of mind through consistent updates and communication. I don’t work so I can provide full-time pet care. I have two rooms and several crates so I can appropriately separate dogs that require special attention or care.I also prepare nutrient snacks and treats for your lovely pet. We live in a single house with comfortable furnitures and a fenced yard that he/she can run around. Crocker Amazon Park, a large, beautiful park just a short walk away from my home. It’s a wonderful, dog-friendly area I frequently walk with dogs. My home is about a 15-minute drive from SFO, which makes drop-off and pick-up very convenient when you travel.

About: Grew up in a farm with tons of animals and dogs and cats, I have over 20 years of experience caring and boarding doggies. They help me a lot with my anxiety and depression and it's a full time job. Available all the time. I work from home so I'm always at home available to watch your baby. About: I’m a passionate animal lover with a deep compassion for all creatures, especially cats and dogs. My heart lights up at the sight of wagging tails and playful paws, and providing loving care to dogs and other animals is my dream. Animals bring me and my son immense joy, and I’m dedicated to ensuring they feel safe, loved, and cherished. I have made a career of being a caregiver, not only for pets, but for children, special-needs students, and elders. Most recently, I worked in elder care, where I was responsible for cooking for and feeding my client, bathing and changing diapers, and ensuring all medications were taken on time. In my down time, I would watch pets for friends and family, including my sister's sweet cat, who I'm great friends with. I believe i have the high level of responsibility, the loving temperament, and the experience to take great care of your pets. I am available Monday through Friday from 8am, though I will be working around my son's school drop off/pick up schedule (I can bring your pet with me, if they are willing!). Also open to weekends - please ask! Happy to care for your pet, either for short visits for feeding or walking, to taking them out and getting them more exercise and social time, to overnight boarding. I am happy to care for pets in their home or mine. In my last role, I cared for an elder in their home, and the family trusted me with their parent (and the house key). I live in an apartment complex that is animal friendly, and my apartment itself is pet friendly for cats and dogs, so it is easy for me to care for pets in my home. I enjoy having animals around and their safety is my number one priority.

About: Your pup will be in good hands! If you're new to Rover, use my code to save $20! NANCYC19805 My partner Andy and I both have flexible hybrid work schedules l so your pet will have plenty of care and attention throughout the day! We live in a 3 story home with a backyard and long driveway for dog runs. We live 10 minutes from 2 great parks. We both grew up with pets, both cats and dogs. Our rescue pup Coco passed away in Fall 2022 and we miss her very much. We now have Lulu (a sweet 9yo french bulldog) who we rescued from the same organization. Through our foster and Rover experiences, we have cared for many animals with different needs. We have experience with pets with mobility needs, shy/nervous pets, and pets that need medication. Although we have stairs, we are happy to carry your pet up and down the stairs, and we have a ramp to help them up the couch. We currently work from home and can give your pet as much (or as little) attention as they need. We typically do 2 longer walks and 2 short walks a day, but let us know what works best for your pup! On the weekends, we like to go to the park nearby or drive to parks in different neighborhoods and walk around. Let us know if there's anything special in taking care of your pet and we'll accommodate. I have a fenced yard to allow for quick breaks for your pet. We allow pets on our couch for cuddles, as long as they behave. Typically, we crate dogs at night, so please bring your dog’s crate for overnight stays. We have stairs leading up to our living room. We are happy to carry your pup up if under 30 lbs.
About: My passion for dogs began at a very young age. I had my first puppy when I was two years old, and another when I turned eight. Those dogs meant the world to me, and they’re the reason my love and respect for animals runs so deep. Caring for them taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, and understanding each dog’s unique personality. I genuinely enjoy taking the time to get to know every pet I care for. Building trust and forming a positive bond is always my main goal. I believe great pet care goes beyond feeding and walks — it’s about connection, play, structure, and making each dog feel safe and valued! I’m currently taking a short break from classes, which gives me a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for pet care. This allows me to be dependable for weekday and weekend bookings, including daytime walks and drop-ins. I’m very active and play sports, so I have the energy to keep up with dogs who need longer walks, structured exercise, and engaging playtime. I’m excited to use that energy in a positive way by providing attentive and reliable care for your pets. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets. I understand household rules and routines to ensure your dog feels comfortable and secure in their familiar environment. I carefully follow feeding schedules, walking instructions, and any specific care requests. I am happy to crate and continue that routine to maintain consistency and safety. I understand that for many dogs, a crate serves as a secure and familiar space, and I use it responsibly and only as directed by the owner.
“During our meet and greet, Teresa was gentle, patient and attentive while meeting my pup, and showed real excitement meeting a new friend! She took my pup for walks this week and was timely, communicative, and kind. Very happy to have Teresa for walks!”

Visitacion Valley dog parents share their Rover experiences
Kelly is wonderful! She helps with walking and feeding our dog. We have booked with her on more than one occasion and we are always happy with the experience. We have aLeo asked her to help with providing medication and specific feeding directions, and she has handled it with no issues. Kelly is very communicative and seems to enjoy looking after our boy. Highly recommend you book with her next time you need help with your pet. Thanks Kelly!
Dena and her husband are the absolute best -- so thoughtful, attentive, and communicative. They make sure to understand your dog's needs and give them individualized attention. My dog is a senior dog so she doesn't do long walks, but they made sure to give her plenty of attention and playtime! I could tell my dog had a blast and seemed so comfortable with them. Would book again anytime.

Claire is an excellent dog walker! She met with Lucy and I for a meet and greet walk and really listened about our dogs unique habits, what commands to use and things to avoid. She was already looking out for "street snacks" of dropped food and keeping our dog from eating them. She has experience with reactive dogs and how to avoid them while walking Lucy. She was great with sending us updates each day after each walk. She even texted us when Lucy had some muddy paws from pouncing on dirt at the park and cleaned her paws off when she dropped her back off at our house (something we really appreciate with our white rug). 5/5 stars, 100% would book again.

Michelle was wonderful to work with, as well as my dog now considers her his fun-auntie. She communicated well, was timely, and friendly. Additionally, on another occasion when she watched my dog at her home, she was able to train him to be calm around cats! A miracle patience fairy kind and caring to all sorts of beings. Highly recommend her services!

Surekha was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Due to personal emergency, I had to find someone to walk my dogs right away. Surekha was the one I found here. From the first message, I could tell she’s very organized, helpful, and attentive. And of course she completed the service very well and professional. I would highly recommend her to anybody who’s looking for a dog sitter and walker for their pupps
