“We feel incredibly lucky to have found Renee and Christopher for Chewy’s daycare. They’re easy to work with, send frequent updates, and are clearly very thoughtful dog lovers — our senior dog Chewy seems so happy and comfortable in their home. Chewy often takes a while to warm up to new people, but they were quick to get a read on his personality and have made him feel at ease. When we go to drop him off he usually runs right in without looking back!”

“Leaving my senior dog with separation anxiety is never easy, but Cameron made the experience truly reassuring. He cared for Jenny with patience, attentiveness, and genuine kindness, always making her comfort a priority. He kept me updated throughout her stay, took her out for regular walks, and balanced professionalism with heartfelt care. Jenny wasn’t just watched — she was truly cared for. I would gladly recommend Cameron to anyone looking for a sitter who understands the emotional needs of dogs.”

“Vanda was great, she was very patient, kind and caring for my senior dachshund. Gave him massages for his arthritis and cleaned his bedding after an accident. Was very understanding after something held me up at work and had to extend daycare for an hour. Would have her watch him again when we need her again.”

“Marie Elenore was amazing with my pup, but also with me as I was running late for the scheduled time. 🐶🐾 Very accommodating. 👍😊 Crinkle definitely had a blast with her. 🎉🥳 Thank you! 🙏💖”

“Christal does such an amazing job working with my baby girl. Given my pups temperament is super sassy and yappy, she did a great job with Christal’s fur babies. I can’t appreciate her enough with all her love and patience she continues to provide with not only my pup, but all her other lovely clients! 🐶💖”

“Bruce was very communicative and went above and beyond to accommodate Ziggy’s quirks. He has a big yard which is great for all dogs to play. Also, Ziggy never eats on day one at a new place but he ate his meal on day 1 with Bruce.”

“Randy is great with my pup! The second time I dropped my dog off there he ran straight to them and barely looked back. Highly recommend, two paws way up! 🐾 Thanks for taking care of JJ and for showing him such a great time!”

“Thanks to Rachel and Ryan for the last minute help wit my Starla. There updates were very assuring and there love for dogs shows. I would definitely recommend these two kind folks to anyone!”

“Cristina was super kind and responsive! She sent me updates and photos throughout the day and let me know if any issues arose. She was patient with my anxious senior dog and did a great job taking care of him. I definitely recommend her and Ernesto and would love to book them again!”

“Josefina was great taking care of Minnie. She made sure she had all the info she needed on Minnie’s normal routine. She was very communicative throughout the day sending updates on how Minnie was doing. Would definitely have Minnie stay with her again!”

About: I have a 4.5-year-old Standard Poodle and provide daily, hands-on care. I walk him 3–4 times a day and prepare his meals from scratch using fresh baked chicken, pumpkin, cabbage, and brown rice, so I’m very experienced with attentive routines, nutrition, and loving, consistent care. Pet care is an important part of my daily routine. I work from home, so I’m able to structure my day around regular walks (3–4 times a day), feeding, playtime, and companionship. Since I already care for my own Standard Poodle with home-cooked meals and consistent exercise, adding another dog naturally fits into my schedule and home, ensuring they receive plenty of attention, routine, and love throughout the day. Safety, trust, and comfort are my top priorities. I work from home, so pets are never left alone for long and are always supervised. I have a small fenced backyard for safe outdoor breaks, and there is a large grassy park right across the street where dogs can enjoy walks, exercise, and socialize with other friendly pups. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding, walks, playtime, and any special instructions from their owner. My home is clean, calm, and pet-friendly, and I provide regular updates and photos so owners feel confident and at ease while their pets are in my care.
“We are so happy to have found Nancy and Andy for Chewy’s daycare. They are easy to communicate with and we appreciate their flexibility for drop off/pickups. Chewy has separation anxiety but has been doing better with his companions during the day!”

“I left my dog for 2 days with Simon when I was in San Francisco visiting for the first time. Aspen had the best time and really liked being with Simon. This was fantastic as Aspen usually has a lot of separation anxiety at doggie day care facilities. Simon was very friendly and very professional and made sure Aspen was feeling good during the 2 days he was with him. I would highly recommend Simon to anyone who wants to see the city but can’t take their dog into many sightseeing places. I will definitely use Simon again if I am back in San Francisco!!!!”

“Martin and Robert exceeded my expectations ! 5⭐️ They sent photo updates throughout the day and on top of that Pegi came home fresh n’ clean and so relaxed .”

Visitacion Valley dog parents share their Rover experiences
Maggie and Matthew went over and above for our boxer Penny! They updated us with photos/videos and took such great care of her. Penny can be very shy at first but they handled it perfectly and made her feel right at home. We feel lucky to have someone in the area that we can now trust with our girl!

Vanessa is quite literally the best! I was in a huge bind and needed someone to watch my two large dogs very last minute while in the midst of the chaos of a cross country move and she went above and beyond to take care of my dogs within a couple of hours of me contacting her. One of my dogs was even sick during their stay and she was so caring and helpful making sure he was okay as well as following up after the fact to make sure they were safe/doing well! She also provided photos and updates throughout the stay which as a pet parent when bringing your dogs to a new place is always appreciated. I would highly recommend Vanessa to care for your pets if you want to leave them with someone who is compassionate, responsible and trustworthy :) ty so so much!

Kira was our first Rover experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better one. Pickup and drop-off were seamless, we received the sweetest updates throughout Sopita’s stay, and we had total peace of mind knowing she was so well cared for. It was clear Sopita felt comfortable, happy, and loved while she was there. She can’t wait to come back!

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Renee and Christopher for Chewy’s daycare. They’re easy to work with, send frequent updates, and are clearly very thoughtful dog lovers — our senior dog Chewy seems so happy and comfortable in their home. Chewy often takes a while to warm up to new people, but they were quick to get a read on his personality and have made him feel at ease. Cameron was great with Biscuit. He asked thoughtful questions ahead of time to make sure he understood Biscuit’s needs and how to care for him properly. He was flexible, communicated promptly, and provided updates throughout the day. Biscuit stayed with him for daycare for 3 days and came home calm and ready to rest each time. Highly recommend Cameron!
