“Danny was great with our dog Berkeley. We’re new to the Bay Area and typically always had our parents watch Berkeley back in the Midwest. This was the first time we’ve used Rover and Danny made us feel so comfortable leaving Berkeley with him. Christina is wonderful! This was Molly's first stay with her and Christina took the time to meet her before we booked the boarding, getting to know Molly, her habits and what concerns I might have. I felt at ease leaving Molly with her, and when Molly ran right up to Christina at the start of her boarding, clearly happy to see her again, Molly felt the same way! I received regular updates throughout the stay, with many great pictures of their adventures (and relaxation), only reinforcing that Molly was enjoying her visit. When I came to pick up Molly at the end of her stay, it was clear she would have liked to hang out with Christina longer. I will definitely look to book Christina in the future!
Simon took care of our dog, Kona, while we were away for a few days, and he was absolutely amazing! We left an extensive care list since this was our first time leaving Kona with someone and he can be a picky eater, but Simon followed everything with ease and made sure Kona was comfortable and well-fed. Kona can be pretty rambunctious and full of energy, especially in a new environment, but Simon handled him with so much patience and care. He sent us daily updates and photos, and anytime we texted to check in, he was super responsive and reassuring. He was also very flexible with pick-up and drop-off, which made the whole process so much smoother for us. We could tell Kona was happy, relaxed, and well taken care of. We came home to a content pup and couldn’t be more grateful. We’d definitely book with Simon again!
I had a great experience with Elizabeth! She was absolutely wonderful with Iris. From the moment I booked, she was incredibly responsive and kept me updated throughout the entire stay, sending pictures and messages to let me know how Iris was doing. Iris was in great hands and I felt at ease knowing she was well cared for. I highly recommend Elizabeth and will definitely be using her services again in the future!
Ilario was great at communicating and keeping me updated on how my dog was doing daily. He was able to help when I needed him to pick up dog food. Overall, patches seemed to have had a great time with him and his family and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great dog sitter in the area.
Melissa is an absolute joy! I hardly ever leave my pup with anyone aside from family but I really trust Melissa! My pup, Nico, loves spending time with her, going on walks, and snuggling! Melissa makes sure to share updates with me and photos. I highly highly highly recommend Melissa!
