Karen and Jeffrey are fantastic. We rescued our puppy Cricket over Thanksgiving, and I was so nervous to have to leave her with someone while we traveled across country for Christmas. But she was in great hands! They worked with her on walking on a leash, going potty while out on walks, and even taught her how to sit! Cricket also made a new friend in their dog Boba! They sent regular updates, photos and videos that kept me at ease knowing she was doing so well. I will not hesitate to leave Cricket in their care again in the future!
Karen and Jeffrey took amazing care of our anxious little guy, Cheese. They took great care to keep him engaged and to send us updates. Seriously only have great things to say!!!
Karen and Jeff were great! They were very welcoming of Macey even though she's still a puppy. They seem to keep Macey active and engaged with walks and playtime. Their own dog seemed to accept Macey as the day went on. Macey napped and ate well there. They kept me informed with photos and notes. Macey and I both felt comfortable with Karen and Jeff.
This was our first time using Rover, we were nervous but Karen and Jeff were wonderful! I’m definitely a helicopter dog mom and they sent videos and photos throughout the day without me even asking. Provided so many updates ! Bullet looks forward to hanging out with Boba again!

Karen, Jeff and Boba were delightful hosts caring for our fur baby like she was their own. Having a 3 yo Boba of their own, they added our 2 yo old seamlessly to their family for the weeklong stay. They were patient with our pup’s refusal to go out in the rain because Boba was the same. That the two dogs were close in size and age lent to them being good playmates for each other. Boba generously shared her space and toys too. Highly, highly recommend this family of sitters!

I have a somewhat flexible work schedule and my partner works from home. Between the two of us, your pet will be well-taken care of!

Safety, trust & environment
We have a very large fenced in backyard which is a rarity in SF. The dogs will have supervised unleashed roaming and a chance for a backyard sniffari. We would love to meet your pet to make sure it's a good fit, and we would follow instructions from the pet parents to a tee. We'll also send many photos because we know how much you miss your pets when you're away!
Pets
A typical day
We usually go to a dog park once a day (weather permitting). We have dog puzzles and lots of toys for enrichment. We use positive reinforcement for working on commands, which is easier for food-motivated dogs. Also, all. the. pets! We love giving belly rubs and hugs to our furry friends!
