Our dog has hardly been away from us in his 7 years and I was a little nervous about leaving him with someone new, but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. Paulina is a very relaxed person and sent updates and adorable photos each day. It made me happy to see him look so at home with her. Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. I was actually lucky enough to have Avery cat sit for my bud Midnight when we needed it most. It’s the worst case scenario but while sitting Midnight had a medical incident that was purely a result of his age. Avery called me and I was with her over FaceTime as she talked to him, comforted him, and loaded him to go to the vet. It’s a scary situation and was so thankful for her care while I was away. Any time I get home from an adventure outside with Mako, my 1yr old Shiba Inu, he knows it's time to wipe his "city feet" and bum with a gentle, scent-free baby wipe. The same care would be given to your pupper unless of course they wouldn’t be a fan of such things occurring. I look forward to chance of meeting new fluffy friends and adding more paw prints where it counts! 🫶 As a recent Boston transplant, my days are currently spent setting up a new apartment in SoMa with my fiancé and re-building clientele as a private figure skating coach which means right now I’m usually quite free! I enjoy being an early bird and am available in the middle of the day on a regular basis. I am able to do some evening walks, but nothing after dark. My puppy Mako is friendly, but doesn’t walk well with canine companions so all walks would be one-on-one with your doggo unless you own a pair that is accustomed to going together. Time spent checking in on your pup at home would be respectful of their/your space and contact would be initiated at the pace of the dog itself.

I dont currently have my own dog but my family has two dogs (ones a puppy) and I love every moment that I get to spend with them or take care of them for a weekend! I previously adopted pups so I know the stress of leaving your dog in the hands of others! I have experience with senior dogs and medication as well as with puppies with high energy!! I love going on dog walks and just playing around! I work remotely Monday’s and Friday’s I always have free time to care for some fluffy friends on the weekend!! I love any pet like its my own :) I can easily crate a dog if needed when or if I am ever out and not giving your dog my immediate attention! I am always available to take dogs out on a walk or play with them in a yard, etc.

About: Shelby grew up with Labrador retrievers ever since she was 5 years old. She has experience with medication administration, ear cleaning, walking, and more. We take our dog out 3 times a day for potty breaks and several walks a day. We can really take your dog out whenever is needed, as one of us is always available. Our home is very, very dog proof. Our dog loves to eat everything so we’re very mindful of keeping things tidy. Especially with larger dogs, we put away our dogs smaller toys, so that there’s no possibility of them being ingested (there’s the labrador experience haha!) we will be around and loving your pet 24/7 while they’re in our care ❤️

About: I’ve dog sat for my friends’ dogs for as long as I can remember, and sometimes I’ll even hang out with them to this day as an excuse to see their dogs. I have plenty of experience with different breeds, from retrievers to labs to doodles to dachshunds. I live close by to Fort Mason / Francisco Park / George Sterling / Moscone, so your dog will get plenty of exercise and sunshine. I live in a smoke-free junior one bedroom apartment by myself in Marina / Russian Hill, super close to Francisco Park and Fort Mason. I loooove going to parks so I will definitely take your dog park hopping often. Although I work at an office Tuesday-Thursday, my hours are super flexible, I’m able to WFH if needed, AND my office is pet friendly if you’re comfortable with me taking your dog to work (totally optional, just a bonus perk). I will make sure your furry best friend feels safe, comfortable, and super loved. I give great belly scratches and even better behind-the-ear scratches. Your dog will definitely be my number 1 priority as long as you’re away.
