He was extremely communicative, always keeping us updated on how our pup, Unagi, was doing during their walks. Taylor was fantastic with Unagi - he was patient, kind, and knew exactly how to handle her energetic personality. I always felt at ease knowing that Unagi was in good hands with Taylor. She sent us daily photos and updates showing Oscar content and happy. Oscar gets over excited around other dogs so it is nice to have someone that can come by our house to care for him. It’s hard to give access to your home and your precious pets while you are away but I completely trust Nessa and will definitely use her again.”
