After meeting her, I felt extremely comfortable having her watch him and booked daycare. I just picked up my dog from "daycare" with her and he looked pretty happy. Sheena was communicative regarding questions that arose during his stay with her. She took 2 very cute pictures of him to add to my collection. About: We’re Alvin & Ashley, devoted dog parents and partners in life and pet care. We have 25+ years of combined experience. Growing up with dogs and caring for friends’ pups sparked our passion for small‑dog care. Since then we’ve raised our own Cavapoo, Sterling, from puppyhood into adulthood and have hosted dozens of small breeds through Rover. Our experience spans puppies, seniors, anxious rescues and pups with special dietary needs. We are comfortable administering oral medication, supporting post‑surgical dogs and accommodating senior quirks like limited mobility or hearing loss. Your pet receives loving, family-style care, not just a boarding spot. As a husband‑and‑wife team working from home, we devote our days to keeping tiny tails wagging. From morning potty breaks to bedtime cuddles, one of us is always there. If Alvin steps out for an errand, Ashley is here with your pup. If Ashley is busy, Alvin has it covered. We share all care duties, follow your feeding and medication instructions to the letter, and welcome written schedules. Your dog’s safety and comfort are non‑negotiable. We live in a quiet, dog‑friendly housing complex with two on‑site playgrounds designed for small breeds. We also cap groups at one to two small dogs, meaning your pup never has to compete with large breeds. Our home features puppy gates, soft beds, a small metal crate available if needed and multiple living areas so pups can be separated or have private nap time. We’re a non‑smoking household with no children. Dogs are welcome on our furniture and bed if that’s what they’re used to. You’re welcome to bring your dog’s own crate or bedding to help them feel at home. We also provide daily photo and video updates throughout each stay, keeping you connected to your pup’s adventures.

I grew up with my family’s 2 cats and 1 dog, and my husband and I have done cat sitting and dog boarding for several family friends. We are now hoping to expand that to more of you! I (Christine) currently work full time as a data scientist and my husband (Mark) is a software engineer and is fully remote. We have 2 young children who love interacting with dogs! We love spending our free time playing, taking pictures of, and hanging out with the pets we pet sit! I work on a hybrid schedule, going into the office 3 days a week and working from home the other 2 days. Mark works from home every day! If one of us isn’t home, the other is usually at home, so your dog would rarely be alone! We live in a single family home with a large grassy backyard in a quiet neighborhood. The dogs we have boarded love to run around, lay in the sun, and take regular potty breaks in our backyard! We love to walk and run around our neighborhood, frequently visiting Mt. Davidson, Twin Peaks, and Lake Merced! We love it even more when we get to bring dogs with us! NOTE 1: your dog must be crate trained. They may sleep in their crate at night in case of emergencies or at the owner’s request, but we normally allow dogs to sleep with us on the bed! NOTE 2: my parents come over with their 16 year old maltipoo (10 lbs) approximately 3 times a month, so your dog must be okay with other dogs and may meet my parents dog. NOTE 3: We currently board up to 2 dogs at the same time (if my parents’ dog is here, there may be 3 dogs max). If you prefer to have us board only your dog during the time you need, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we may be able to accommodate your dog. NOTE 4: we prefer small dogs, but can make exceptions for medium dogs (up to 30 lbs) on a case by case basis, so please don’t hesitate to reach out! NOTE 5: We don’t accept pee pad trained dogs. Your dog must be house trained. We have a fenced backyard and can let your dog out frequently for potty breaks. NOTE 6: Your dog must be good with young children and have had previous experience with or currently live with young children.

We will cultivate an individualized plan to meet your furry family members needs. I am currently home full-time. I provide love and care to dogs with special emotional and medical needs (including meds, blind and deaf dogs, senior dogs, and dogs with separation anxiety that need to be held constantly).Senior dogs who need healing and to be held constantly are my speciality. Massage, QiGong, Yoga, Beach Snuggles, couch potato time, Sonoma sunshine and naps in the grass. We will cultivate an individualized plan to meet your needs. I have a fenced yard and live at the beach with my 2 dogs. I also have access to a private retreat in Sonoma if your furry baby needs a quieter, private, and more serene environment.

About: We have owned dogs most of our life and currently have a young Boxer/Doberman mix named Ruby. Training, exercise, and structure are a big part of our daily routine, so we are comfortable with energetic dogs, puppies, and reinforcing good habits. We pay attention to the details and treat every dog like they're my own. Pet care is already built into our day. My dog gets regular walks, playtime, and training sessions, so caring for another dog fits naturally into my routine. My wife, Miu and I work from home can provide plenty of attention throughout the day. In our house we have fenced yard and have a lots of space for playing inside too. We only host one dog at a time so we can give your dog plenty of attention, and care. We try to keep things as close to your dog's normal routine as possible. We will follow your instructions for feeding, exercise, medications, and sleeping arrangements, and we will send updates so you know how things are going. Our goal is to make your dog feel comfortable and make your time away stress-free.

About: Hello, fellow fur-parent! We are a family with 2 kids and our own furbaby. We understand firsthand how hard it is to find a trusted, loving home for your dog when you’re traveling, so we want to be an option for fur-parents like ourselves. Your pup will be in good hands while you are away! We are located in Ingleside Terraces, with a nice fenced in yard with turf, and are a block away from a large grassy neighborhood park. We work from home, so we can give your pup the 1:1 attention they deserve (as well as frequent potty breaks, walks, etc). The main floor of the house is pretty large and gets lots of sun. We prefer hosting low-shedding dogs <25 lbs who are well-behaved and used to children (and of course we will always be vigilant parents). Our kids are very good with dogs and do not antagonize or pull ears/tails. We can have a short meet-n-greet for new clients at our neighborhood park to ensure we are a good fit for your pup! We work from home, so are always around for scratches and cuddles. We take our dog out on daily walks or for ball-time at a nearby grassy park. Let us know your pup's schedule and we are happy to accommodate. I send frequent (multiple-times a day) photos so you have peace of mind. We have a 4yo spayed goldendoodle (25 lbs) who is very friendly and gentle with our young children. We have pet/baby-gates in place in case we ever need to separate the dogs. We keep a tidy home and do not feed our children foods that are toxic to dogs. We have a fenced-in yard with turf. We would treat your pup like ours, but happy to follow any specific rules/routine you would like us to.
