Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. “Our cats love Kendra! They are very shy and don't come out for most cat-sitters, but they always come out for her. When she sends photos of the kitties, they're always just chilling in the doorway or watching her from under the table--and that is phenomenal for these two! They also always eat when she looks after them, which has not always been the case when we've had other sitters. While they are always offered food, if they're upset about a cat sitter, they will skip eating, so I know they like her just because of that. As far as the humans are concerned, my spouse and I both really like Kendra too. She is always great about communicating if issues come up, or if she has any concerns or questions. She lives close enough that she's been able and willing to take on a few last-minute bookings from us, which has been really nice for us.”

About: Love all dogs, but only want small dogs as mine are small. Dogs must be house trained. I have had a guide dog breederwho had 42 puppies and have done fund raisers for Sherri at Muttville Senior dog rescue. I teach drawing a couple hrs a day so will be home 21 hrs a day and have a large fenced in yard if your dog wants to play. I have two elderly pups so your dog would have company. Our dogs are our kids, and we will treat yours the same. Your dog has to get along with others to work well here.

I have cared for multiple pets, each requiring a different approach. One of the Persian cats I looked after was 19 years old and needed special care. I had to prepare specific meals, make sure fresh water was always available, and assist him when he needed help getting to and from the litter box because of his age. For the Exotic Shorthair and Tabby cats I cared for, keeping their environment clean and making sure their litter boxes were well maintained was especially important. I also spent time playing with them and giving them attention so they felt comfortable and secure.💕 I have also cared for a dog who had unfortunately been abandoned three times in the past and struggled with anxiety. Whenever his owners left the house, he would cry loudly and become distressed. 😔The most important thing for him was reassurance, patience, and helping him understand that he wasn’t alone. Seeing him calm down and feel safe was incredibly rewarding.🐶❤️ Through these experiences, I learned that there is no single way to care for animals. Every pet has different needs, routines, and emotions. Once I understand what makes your pet comfortable and happy, I adapt and do my best to provide the care and attention they deserve.🙏🏻

She took good care of our little guy and took her time with him, which is just what you need when you’ve got a senior dog with a heart condition. About this sitter: I am a born dog lover and have never met a dog I have not instantly fallen in love with. Growing up, I never had my own dog so I spent my afternoons begging my friends to let me take their dogs on walks to the dog park. My experience administering medication Yes, I have no problem administering medication or injections. I just ask that you give me specific instructions. If you fur-kid needs to be administered injections, I do charge $5 an injection.

About: I am a life-long dog lover who has looked after the dogs in my family for years, from Australian Shepards to Shih Tzus. I began my career in childcare before transitioning to dog-care in recent years. I have experience with looking after dogs of all ages and sizes, which includes services such as feeding, walking, and daily enrichment or playtime. I recently got my graduate degree and I'm job searching so my schedule is very flexible depending on your pup's needs. Blue and I typically go to the beach in the morning, take walks throughout the day, and a short hike around sunset. We're very active! I have large house with a grassy yard and fenced-in garden. Dogs are allowed on all furniture and my bed is big enough for myself, Blue, and a few furry friends! I also have a reliable car and can come to you. “Henri had a great weekend at Paulina’s! She came out to greet us and then took the leash and introduced Henri to her home-he was so comfortable with her from the start. Our dog has hardly been away from us in his 7 years and I was a little nervous about leaving him with someone new, but I soon realized I had nothing to worry about. Paulina is a very relaxed person and sent updates and adorable photos each day. It made me happy to see him look so at home with her. Don’t let her lack of a backyard discourage you-Henri was happy and tired when we picked him up. We will call on her whenever we need a dog sitter for when we visit our daughter in SF. Paulina was an absolute lifesaver and we are so happy to have found her!”

About: I've owned dogs most of my life and currently have a young Boxer/Doberman mix named Ruby. Training, exercise, and structure are a big part of our daily routine, so I'm comfortable with energetic dogs, puppies, and reinforcing good habits. I pay attention to the details and treat every dog like they're my own. Pet care is already built into my day. My dog gets regular walks, playtime, and training sessions, so caring for another dog fits naturally into my routine. I work from home and can provide plenty of attention throughout the day. In my house I have fenced yard and have a lots of space for playing inside too. I only host one dog at a time so I can give your dog plenty of attention, and care. I try to keep things as close to your dog's normal routine as possible. I'll follow your instructions for feeding, exercise, medications, and sleeping arrangements, and I'll send updates so you know how things are going. My goal is to make your dog feel comfortable and make your time away stress-free.
