SO that from 6 am-7:30 am doggies already staying will be walked and fed first without interruptions. *Evening Bookings later than 9:30 PM will be modified by SONIA to 8 AM the NEXT DAY…Why? SO that she can do a final walk with doggies already staying and Rover Host can get rested for the night. 🥱🛌💤 ABOUT SONIA V.: I’m available full-time at home*. Sonia was wonderful with our senior dog, Charlie! Sent lots of great photos and so clearly cares for the animals in her care. She’s a total pro and we will continue using Sonia as our primary dog sitter whenever she’s available!
Sonia took care of both of my pugs so well, even though I had lots of care instructions. She sent many photos and updates throughout their time with her. I already have another stay booked with her and will definitely be relying on her in the future too!! 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We are so blessed to have found Sonia on Rover! I always get a little anxious when leaving my two dogs when traveling, especially when one is a doddering older fellow that needs both eyedrops and oral medication, but Sonia gave us many, many updates and photos and completely put my mind at ease. Even though we're just starting our relationship with Sonia (this is our first stay with her!) she treated us and the dogs as dear friends. Now I know we have a gentle, reliable, soul that will take care of our dogs while we're out of town and I'm excited to book with her again. =)
Sonia was amazing with Finley! We had a last minute cancellation by another sitter and she was a massive help! She was so warm and welcoming when we arrived, showed us her home, and sent the best photos with frequent updates. I felt like my boy got the best care while I was away and he came home very happy! 😊 will definitely book again!! 🫶🏼
Sonia took such great care of our dog Yogi while we were out of town! She sent pictures everyday, ensuring he was comfortable and acclimated to her home. I would absolutely trust her to watch our boy any time!
I am new to San Francisco and so was nervous finding someone to take care of my dog while we are away. Sonia took such good care of my girl. She sent lots of photos and updates which is so important to me. My dog can be nervous around other dogs but Sonia created an environment where my dog felt safe and relaxed. I would absolutely trust Sonia with my dog again!

Schedule
Typical day routine includes 3-4 doggie walks🐾🐾🐾🐾, playtimes, and games like “Find It!” with delicious home-made dog treats — thus keeping furbabies happy during their stay! 🐶🎉❤️ Now that I’m a retired licensed Architecture/Interior Designer, I’m an Area Coordinator for Norcal Collie Rescue and volunteer at the SF SPCA. Previously, I volunteered at the Marine Humane Society (MHS) in Novato, Ca teaching Beginners Puppy and Agility Training classes. (See profile photo of MHS Training Certificate).
