About: Hello! My name is Rachel and I've been taking care of animals since I was young. I have experience from rabbits, an iguana, a love bird, and fish, to cats and dogs. I also have experience from kittens and puppies to full adults. I currently own an 8 month old Bernese Mountain Dog and I've been self-training him with positive reinforcement for personal service work since he was 8 weeks old. So training on the side is something a little extra that I can work with! I currently only do freelance art and don't have a full time job, so I'm able to pick up any available walking jobs throughout the day! The only caveat is that I still work my own dog throughout the day as well so he gets his own love, attention, and exercise. I update my calendar regularly! My darling Bernese boy is with me 24/7. Growing up my family had a beautiful 30lb dog that I helped care for from a puppy to old age. We booked Jeffrey again for a 10-day stay with our three dogs, and he took fantastic care of them. This was our longest trip in a very long time, and after we left the weather turned cold. The cold aggravated our senior dog’s IVDD and old injuries, making her very grumpy and hard to handle. Jeffrey managed the situation with patience and great communication. He checked in, adjusted her medication safely, and was careful about not using the stronger dose unless needed. Our neighbor even mentioned seeing him out walking the dogs often and said, “Your dogs seemed to love him. He seems like a calm soul.” Only praises for Jeff!
