This is my fourth year boarding dogs in my home 🐶💕 I host doggy day care and overnight boarding services for small and medium sized dogs. A perfect place for your dog to stay while you leave out of town and need someone reliable to take care of your furbaby. I love dogs, I play with them, keep them clean and well fed. We love going out on long or short walks around the neighborhood. I’ve been a dog walker for many years and now I host dogs in my home.

Karla is the best! I'm so grateful I found her... and my pups would say the same too! She was kind to offer a meet and greet before the actual doggy daycare day, and that made all the difference. Of course they loved her right away so no issues there :) You can tell she loves dogs and that she takes her job seriously. She is excellent with communication prior to, during the pups' visit, and before pickup. And she's personable, friendly and professional. I also loved getting the occasional picture during the day!
Can’t recommend Karla enough! I’d booked another sitter who was a no-show at 5am.. right before I had to catch a flight. Karla agreed to watch Stella by 6am and took wonderful care of her! I couldn’t have asked for more in such a stressful situation. She was reliable, communicative, and made sure Stella felt right at home 🐶

Karla is pretty responsive to messages. I left my 3 dogs with her for a week, and all 3 seemed happy and well cared for.
Thank you for taking care of our active Yuki on such short notice. Yuki was excited to see Karla and same amount of energy when we picked her up! We would return to Karla next time too
Karla watched Ginger, our nervous and shy chihuahua mix, for 10 days while we were in Korea. Our original plan with relatives fell through last minute, so we were relieved to find someone trustworthy so close by. Karla understood Ginger's personality and gave her the attention she needed, and she has a nice side yard where Ginger could sunbathe and explore during the day. She sent us photos throughout the trip to let us know Ginger was doing well, and she was easy to communicate with and flexible. In the end, we came home to a happy, healthy dog, which says it all. 5 stars, would absolutely book again.

Schedule
I spend most of my time at home. I am a stay at home mom and taking care of the dogs is my full time job. My schedule is flexible, I can accept last minute bookings and extended stays. I can accept early drop offs and late pickups. You can rest assured when you leave your dog with me. I take great care of them and share pictures and/ or videos of your pup. I love dogs of all ages. I can keep them separated if needed too. My dog Cuddles is about 7-8 years old, she’s very calm and sweet. Loves to be around other dogs especially her furiends.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a tall fenced yard so dogs can go outside when needed. I offer potty breaks every 2-3 hours, sometimes every hour. They are allowed anywhere except main bedroom. All dogs sleep inside, feel free to bring your dog’s crate if he or she sleeps in a crate at night. We love walks around the neighborhood, playing fetch, bouncing ball, tug of war, belly rub time or nap time. We watch movies, listen to music, dance and spend time cooking in the kitchen. We have many toys and treats to share! We also have extra beds for comfort. If you’ll like to bring your own stuff that’s okay too! Whatever you feel like you need to let me know about your pet, please inform me. Anything at all! Your dog is my responsibility and I want to take great care of them. Please share any allergies, medication needed or anything important that I should know about your dog.

A typical day
There are a few dog friendly parks around my neighborhood where dogs are allowed. However these parks usually require dogs to stay on leash. I won’t let them run around off leash. When they’re in my home or yard then leash/ harness is off.

- Please let me know what your dog dislikes and loves the most. This will help make their stay with me fun and comfortable. Please inform me of any medications or allergies your dog may have. Some dogs can be sensitive and that would be important information to know too. If you think your dog doesn’t get along with all dogs I highly recommend we set up a meet and greet that way we’re sure we are a great fit. Please no aggressive dogs. When it comes to feeding, sometimes when a dog is in a new environment they may skip a meal or two, that’s completely normal. Some dogs get homesick and miss their humans. By the second day they usually eat. Of course I’ll keep you updated on their performance. We take turns eating to make sure everyone is safe and comfortable. Dogs may get a bit of fresh snacks with your permission only. These snacks are usually unseasoned meats and veggies. I usually have turkey and carrots because my dog loves those as a quick snack. No toxic ingredients will be served like grapes, onions, garlic, avocado, etc. (I’m very familiar with what dogs can’t eat).
