Dog and cat lover working from home
I’ve recently moved to Redwood City from the UK and I’m excited to get to know the pet-loving community here. I work fully remotely and live in an apartment with an on-site dog park, so I have plenty of flexibility for walks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. I’ve had dogs and cats at home my entire life, and I’ve cared for them for hours, days, and even weeks at a time whenever my parents needed. My love of animals means friends, colleagues, and neighbours have often trusted me to feed, walk, and look after their pets while they were away. While house-sharing in London I wasn’t able to have a dog or cat of my own, and I really missed having furry friends around. Now that I’m settled in my own space, I’d love to spend more time with animals and support my new community by providing reliable, loving pet care.

Allison has been absolutely amazing with our puppy, Lulu! She has great communication, is very flexible, and clearly truly cares about the dogs she watches. From the beginning, she took the time to ask detailed questions about Lulu’s routine so she could keep everything as consistent as possible while we were away. She sent pictures and updates, which gave us so much peace of mind, and it was obvious Lulu was happy and well cared for. What really appreciated was that even though Lulu is still in training, Allison continued the habits and routines we’ve been working on at home. There was no disruption when Lulu came back to us, no acting out or setbacks. We will absolutely be repeat clients and would recommend her without hesitation. If you want someone who will genuinely care for your pet like their own, Allison is your person!
Allison was great! She came off short notice (less than 24 hours to work with). She communicated very well and took amazing care of my pup. 10/10 would recommend!
Allison was great with Chloe! She’s very sweet and kind! She updated me throughout the day and I felt very comfortable leaving Chloe with her for the first time! I will continue to use Allison for my Pet Sitter needs.
Alli is a lover of dogs. She has cared for them since she was a child, and has lived with them most of her life. Her current working pattern means it wouldn't be right for her to have a dog of her own right now, so she would be a fantastic carer for someone else's. She's dedicated, friendly, and reliable - I couldn't imagine a better dog sitter.

I work fully remotely, aside from events a few times a year, so can be very flexible when taking care of animals both in my home or others’.

I have a large living room with plenty of space for a bed or crate. Although I have no private garden, there is a dog park downstairs.
A typical day
I love being outdoors and will try to spend as much time there as possible - whilst making sure we have a comfy and relaxing space to come back to afterwards.
