Tingting was really great with Mushu! Her two dogs were very friendly and welcoming with Mushu as well. Tingting showed a lot of knowledge and patience with Mushu and I appreciated that especially at his old age and his past traumas. She kept me updated often and is very communicative. We will definitely rebook with Tingting in the future and highly recommend her!

I establish a bond with the pets through gentle interactions, positive reinforcement, and consistent care. Communication with the owners is key, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly to maintain trust and transparency. Environment: Whether in my home or the client's home, I create a comfortable and nurturing environment for the pets. This includes providing designated play areas and stimulating activities for enrichment. Overall, whether caring for pets in my home or the client's home, I prioritize safety, build trust through compassionate care, and create a positive environment where they can thrive.
