About: I have supported my wife in watching animals on Rover but recently took the jump to make my own profile on Rover! I have professionally cared for dogs on Rover since 2017. From pet boarding in our home to house sitting in the homes of others, I have professionally cared for pups of all ages- from puppies to senior dogs. About: I have lived with animals (mostly dogs and one cat) my entire life. I started off with taking care of my own dogs and then volunteered at shelters throughout high school and undergraduate school. I have house sat and animal sat for friends and family off and on since 2022. I've watched over a range of animal personalities from very excitable and energetic to reactive and anxious. I also find it very important to maintain grooming, hygiene, and activity/mental stimulation for your pets. I do not have experience with dog training, however, I have successfully trained my own dogs with basic commands. I moved out to the Bay Area 2 years ago to be a full-time PhD student at Palo Alto University. While I do have work and school, I am remote most days in the week (Thursday through Monday), so I can dedicate the time and care your pet needs :) I appreciate having an average schedule including times they go outside, walks, feeding, and hygiene so I can help your pet have as smooth of a transition as possible. About: When I was kid I had two dogs, 3 bunnies, some chicken, 2 ducks and some turtles all in my house. Yes we had a big backyard. I have always been in love with animals. And my kids do too! Dogs are allowed everywhere with the exception of our dining tables :-) They pretty much rule here. I’m currently working from home so I will have plenty of time to take your dog for walks and play fetch and walk with them I promise to hide all small toys and anything that your dog can eat it before you arrive. “Sumaira is always on time and I know I can count on her to take good care of my fur babies. While walking my Siberian Husky another dog that was unleased attacked my dog. Sumaira safely got my girl home and check her out from head to toe. She promptly notified me that the husky was attacked, however alright. Sumaira let me know there was a little blood on her ear, however she did not appear to be injured. I myself have had another dog attack us when we were walking. Sumaira did the responsible thing and notified me and ensured my girl was alright. In this type of situation that is best can be accomplished and despite this incident I will ask Sumaira to walk her again.”

“Our pet was well taken care of. He seemed happy. He had lots of place to run around since they have a nice backyard. It was his first time socializing and boarding with other dogs and they made sure he was fine with all. Our pet didn't seem like he wanted to come back when we went to pick him up 😂 he surely misses his stay with them. I would 100 % recommend anyone to board your pets here. Nice and very clean place too. Norelvis and her husband is very kind and understanding. Great human beings!”

Svetlana was able to make him feel secure and taken care of like at home. She did a lot of extra for him like walking him a lot during his stay to feel him less anxious. “Jesse took great care of our pups while we were on vacation, he was willing to make last minute accommodations when our travel plans changed slightly. Leaving my senior pup who can't see or hear very well anymore with someone else for a few days is not easy for an anxious dog mom like me, but Diane took such good care of Tippy while we were away.
