About: I have cared for dogs, cats, fish, and other animals all my life! I rescue animals when I can, have fostered, bottle fed, treated injuries, given injections and medications to many animals. Animals are my comfort zone- just being around them is my joy! I can do short walks, herding dog games, feed, or provide overnight care. I especially love herding and other working breed dogs, and typically get along with even difficult animals (feral cats for example!) I would love to meet you and your pets! “Sumaira is always on time and I know I can count on her to take good care of my fur babies. While walking my Siberian Husky another dog that was unleased attacked my dog. Sumaira safely got my girl home and check her out from head to toe. She promptly notified me that the husky was attacked, however alright. Sumaira let me know there was a little blood on her ear, however she did not appear to be injured. I myself have had another dog attack us when we were walking. Sumaira did the responsible thing and notified me and ensured my girl was alright. In this type of situation that is best can be accomplished and despite this incident I will ask Sumaira to walk her again.”
About: I’ve grown up my whole life with at least one dog and currently have 4. I have a 14 year old border collie mutt, a 7 year old aussie/german shepherd mix, and two 2 year old border collies. My oldest dog is around 90 pounds and my youngest around 30 pounds so I have a lot of experience handling/taking care of a wide range of dogs. I take them on walks or to the park very regularly and also take them on runs! I’m currently a full time student at UC Davis and missing my 4 dogs so I would love to take your pups on a walk to help fill that void:) I am home for the summer so I’m free most days of the week and am flexible on times. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
