About: I have cared for dogs, cats, fish, and other animals all my life! I rescue animals when I can, have fostered, bottle fed, treated injuries, given injections and medications to many animals. Animals are my comfort zone- just being around them is my joy! I can do short walks, herding dog games, feed, or provide overnight care. I especially love herding and other working breed dogs, and typically get along with even difficult animals (feral cats for example!) I would love to meet you and your pets! I am a recently retired high school teacher sill working part time at UCSC, so am available most days to care for your pets. I have 2 dogs and 2 kitties at home, bit can easily help out pet parents who need extra walks, play time, or vacation care! My pets are my family (fur babies!) i will care for your pets like my own! I can care for your pets in your home- the least stressful for them! Or take them to a park, hikes, or a leisurely walk. In your home I will make sure to keep everything tidy, and treat your pets as my family- lots of snuggles and playtime!

When they met, my dog, Hanoi, was pretty nervous, barking defensively for some reason, but Mamoo handled it to perfection, allowing Hanoi to control the interaction, without Mamoo losing the role of authority. “Sumaira is always on time and I know I can count on her to take good care of my fur babies. While walking my Siberian Husky another dog that was unleased attacked my dog. Sumaira safely got my girl home and check her out from head to toe. She promptly notified me that the husky was attacked, however alright. Sumaira let me know there was a little blood on her ear, however she did not appear to be injured. I myself have had another dog attack us when we were walking. Sumaira did the responsible thing and notified me and ensured my girl was alright. In this type of situation that is best can be accomplished and despite this incident I will ask Sumaira to walk her again.”

Dogs are allowed on the couch but not bed. I am responsible and clean if you need me to stay at your home. All dogs must be fully vaccinated and on flea medication. About: I’ve had dogs and taken care of dogs my whole life. 1 of my families dogs currently has had a history of being reactive with other dogs. This has trained me to be very alert and careful while walking him. I’ve learned many tactics in that regard. I also just love dogs and would be so happy to take care of your dog like it’s my own. I take only online classes and then have work for a few hours in the evening on Mondays and Wednesdays. So I would be able to make your pet care my priority.
