About: I have cared for dogs, cats, fish, and other animals all my life! I rescue animals when I can, have fostered, bottle fed, treated injuries, given injections and medications to many animals. Animals are my comfort zone- just being around them is my joy! I can do short walks, herding dog games, feed, or provide overnight care. I especially love herding and other working breed dogs, and typically get along with even difficult animals (feral cats for example!) I would love to meet you and your pets! I am a recently retired high school teacher sill working part time at UCSC, so am available most days to care for your pets. I have 2 dogs and 2 kitties at home, bit can easily help out pet parents who need extra walks, play time, or vacation care! My pets are my family (fur babies!) i will care for your pets like my own! I can care for your pets in your home- the least stressful for them! Or take them to a park, hikes, or a leisurely walk. In your home I will make sure to keep everything tidy, and treat your pets as my family- lots of snuggles and playtime!

“I wasn't sure how my cats would do with someone they didn't know, but any concerns disappeared when Nicole came by prior to my pet sitting needs in order to meet the cats and get the run down on what the cats would need while I was away on business. Zigs, in particular, is generally weary of new people, but she warmed up to Nicole pretty much straight away, and it wasn't long after that Cheddars was also looking for scritches. To say it was a huge relief to have Nicole look after my fur babies while I was away for nearly a week is an understatement. I have a couple of cat cams so I can look in on them when I'm away, and the history of what was recorded is available for me to check. When I checked in each day, I saw Nicole sitting on the floor playing with and giving scritches to both cats. At one point, Zigs was even following her! When I returned home, both cats were calm and relaxed. They got their nasty canned food every day, fresh water, and all three litter boxes cleaned. They were clearly well cared for while I was away, above and beyond just feeding them and cleaning litter boxes. I will 100% check Nicole's availability anytime I need to have my fur babies looked after and spoiled!”

I've experienced every stage of a dog's life firsthand — young, middle-aged, and senior — so I'm comfortable and caring no matter your dog's age I am able to walk dogs and do drop-in visits. We rescued, rehabilitated, trained, and provided education classes for the care and proper nutrition of all creatures, great and small. We have worked tirelessly with the SPCA for the welfare and prevention of animal cruelty and care. So whether you are traveling for work, relocating or pleasure we are here to help care for your fur baby. I am a single grandmother raising my only granddaughter, I wanted her to experience the unconditional love God's creatures can bring to her daily life. I am blessed to have my granddaughter work alongside me in this business venture. Rover has allowed me to grow my passion and experience into a loving home business in the Bay area area I am a home-based professional dog care specialist so I can be a hands-on grandmother while raising my granddaughter. About: I’ve been a pet owner my whole life, growing up I had three different dogs, Ruby, who died when I was 8, Ollie, and Zoe. I’ve had three fish, two mice, a lizard, and a hamster. Starting at age 12, I began dog and cat sitting for my neighbors and friends, and many families have relied on me for the care of their animals when they cannot be there. I also study animal science with a pre vet concentration in school so I'm extremely knowledgeable on how to correctly interact and care for pets I am currently a full time pet sitter, so sitting is my whole life at the moment. During the year I study animal science but when I am not working over the summer I love to read and bake! I always make sure front doors are closed or locked, pay special attention to certain rules and expectations of different pet owners, and never let animals out of my sight unless they are safely inside or in an enclosed outside space.

About: Loving and responsible mamma dog, I have two rescued myself. They are a pitbull and a sheppard mix so I can definitely take care of big dogs. I understand their needs and take care of them while providing you with regular updates. About: I'm responsible, easygoing, and genuinely love spending time with dogs. I've been wanting to get a dog of my own, but the timing isn't quite right yet. Caring for dogs through Rover is a great opportunity for me to spend time with them and spend more time outdoors. I work full time as a manager during the day, so I focus on providing care before and after work, in the evenings after 4:00pm, and on weekends. Animals deserve a lot of love and care which is why I make it my primary goal to give them exactly that. I’ve dog sat and walked my friend’s dogs as well as cat sat. I’ve taken care of big and small dogs as well as fostered kittens as young as 4 weeks old. I am prepared to take care of any animal no matter the size! I am currently working part time and take some classes. My schedule is pretty open because I have classes early in the mornings and I only work 2-3 times a week for a couple hours. I can feed and give water to your pets and walk them while being respectful of the house. If there is any special requests I am flexible. I want to give your pets extra attention, play, and petting!

About: Ive had every animal under the sun growing up in a home that were animal lovers. There were dogs in my family before I was born and I have never not had two dogs or more in my life. My friends always know if they need a sitter and I’m not traveling they can rely on me. Anyone I ever dated I always stated they Must Love Dogs. Ive been lucky that to find my person who is that as well. Im working from home so can give them constant attention, regular walks in between meetings, playtime with our pups and an endless toy chest full of all kinds of great bark box toys since we have 3 subscriptions I have a large secluded complex with lots of running room and two dogs who are dogs best friend as well as man’s. About: Hi !! I started house-sitting for my family members pets since high school. Since then, I have been recommended by many close friends of my family and I'm excited to branch out further into the Bay Area ! I have cared for pets of all ages, including several senior animals that I still regularly work with. Along with dogs and cats, I also have some experience with reptile care ! A lot of the clients I've worked with know me for my calm disposition when it comes to animals, so even the most anxious pets will feel safe in my care !! I am currently working at home working as a self-employed artist, so I should be available to care for your pets most days of the week! For walks and drop-ins I am available from 9am-4pm during the weekdays, and full time during weekends! Pets are a part of the family just as much as everyone else, so I like to treat them with the same courtesy! Since I mostly work on my laptop, I usually stick to staying home when I petsit, so your pets will have my company as much as possible!
