“Here’s a polished review for Vanessa: Review for Vanessa – Fantastic Dog Sitter! Vanessa was an amazing dog sitter for Elliot while we were on vacation for our wedding. From the start, she was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure Elliot felt comfortable and well cared for. She sent us daily photos and videos, and it was clear that he was having a great time with her. Elliot can be a pretty needy dog, so finding the right sitter was really important to us—and Vanessa was absolutely the right choice. She gave him all the attention and care he needed, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. We highly recommend Vanessa to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and attentive pet sitter. We’ll definitely be asking her to sit for Elliot again in the future!”

About: As a dedicated pet lover and experienced dog owner, I bring both personal and practical experience to pet sitting. I have had 2 dogs in the past and currently have 1 dog. I have taken my puppy through training classes, so I understand the patience and consistency needed for both young and senior dogs. I also have grown up with cats! As a college student who really misses my own dogs, I’ll care for your pets as if they were my own—making sure they get plenty of love, attention, and playtime! I am a animal lover and miss having pets around me all the time! I am a student, so I will have time to take such good care of your pets! I can walk or petsit often! I have a flexible schedule! I do not have any pets currently living with me. I have 3 other roommates that adore pets. Do not have a fenced in yard, but live 5 mins away from a fenced in area where I can bring dogs to play!

About: I have almost every pet under the sun and I love helping out with feeding, walking and bathing. Whatever you need I would love to help. I am currently a full time student as Cabrillo so i won’t be able to do any AM care but I will be free every week day after noon and i’ll be able to do weekends before 1 and after 9pm I spend a lot of time with my pets. I’ll sit on the floor with them while i’m doing homework or i’ll groom them whenever then want or need. I just love to be around pets and I always want to give them love

I’m also registered with Trusted House Sitters platform and have done some overnight house/pet sitting too. To describe my experience chronologically, I have both cat and dog experiences in Japan and the US. In 1981-1983, the first dog was a Yorkshire Terrier called Taro. In 1993-2002, my first cat was called Eri. Mixed-breed. I moved out of Japan. In 2004-2005, house-sat/pet-sat a friend's Labrador dog called Beau. In 2006-2024, owned my first cat in the US. An American shorthair called Taro. Towards the end of his life, he suffered from bowel cancer, so we did get experience with his medication. In 2011-2022, owned a mixed-breed cat called Kuro. One of the cats I cared for is diabetic, and I gained experience with insulin shots. My availability Mondays 9am to 5pm Tuesdays 9am to 2:30pm // 4:30pm to 6pm Wednesdays 9am to 6pm Thursdays 9am to 11:30pm // 1:30pm to 6pm Fridays 9am to 6pm I can keep your pets happy, healthy, and safe no matter the situation.
