The safety and comfort of every pet in my care is my top priority. In my home, I keep spaces clean, secure, and free of hazards — doors and gates are always checked, and I make sure any potentially harmful items (foods, plants, cleaning products) are out of reach. I treat every pet like they belong there, giving them time to settle in at their own pace. In a client’s home, I follow their routines and instructions closely — feeding schedules, walk times, medication, and any quirks or preferences their pet has. I believe the best care comes from consistency and attention, so I stay observant and responsive to how each animal is feeling throughout my visits or stays. I always leave the home the way I found it (or better), and I keep pet parents updated with messages and photos so they can feel confident while they’re away.
