It’s important for me to know a pet’s routine, personality, energy level, and any special needs ahead of time. I also like to know about feeding schedules, medications, allergies, and what makes them feel most comfortable.
A typical day
I love exploring and spending time outdoors, so pets in my care get plenty of walks, fresh air, and chances to explore safe nature spots. I tailor activities to each pet’s energy level, whether that’s relaxed strolls, playtime, or just soaking up the outdoors.

Pet care experience
I’ve had pets all my life! including two dogs with very different personalities, which taught me patience and adaptability to unique needs. I’m especially attentive when pets are anxious or unwell and I like to help them feel calm, comfortable, and safe. I’ve also fostered kittens! I’m gentle, observant, and treat every pet with love and care :)

Very reliable and easy to work with! My dog loves Julissa.
Julissa is wonderful! She took good care of my cat’s needs while we were away. Our cat is shy that he always hid away when strangers were in the house. But surprisingly he came to greet Julissa when she visited and even stayed close to her the entire time! That was the FIRST TIME we’ve ever seen! So she must have some magic that could make our cat very comfortable. Will rebook in the future!
Julissa was fantastic! She was consistently on time, and Melody had great walks with her. Highly recommend.
Julissa did a wonderful job caring for our senior cat Luna and taking care of our home in our absence. Our cat requires a pill everyday and is a runner, but Julissa took great care of her. She even got our usually painfully shy cat to come over and sit with her for some company each visit - we were very impressed! Julissa was very communicative, leaving reassuring notes and taking wonderful pictures of our sweet girl. We will be booking with her again in the future.
