About: I have volunteered in dog shelters + rescues for 4 years and worked in a dog clinic for a couple years under a veterinarian (Dog Adoption and Welfare Group and Carl Zaboly DVM in Santa Barbara, CA), so I am familiar with the behaviors of our bestest friends. I live in an apartment next to Leo J Ryan park and walking distance from Foster City dog park, where my small dog Mocha loves to play with other dogs. For boarding, if your dog is prone to anxiety around people and other dogs, I request that a short meet and greet be done prior. This is to ensure that your dog and I will be a good fit and to familiarize your dog with my presence. I work from home majority of the week, so walks will be given three times a day. If the weather permits, we will also go on hikes! As a dog parent myself, I understand the worry other dog parents have leaving their precious one in another’s care. Therefore, photos and updates will be sent multiple times a day unless otherwise instructed.

About: I started by taking care of my moms 4 dogs when she would go on vacations and needed a dog sitter. That really taught me how to feed them efficiently and when to take them outside to go potty. From there I learned how to hang out with them and play with them efficiently. I am a college student with classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday I am available for the entire day and night. On Wednesday and Friday I'm available at night, Monday I'm not because I have a night class. Staying over night is not a problem, along with check ins during the days even on school days. I love dogs and am really good at feeding them, taking them outside, and playing with them. I'm not a trainer, but someone who is good at taking care of them while you are away. My mom has 4 small dogs so I'm very familiar with smaller dogs, but I have also watched bigger dogs as well.

They'll be a guest, treated with the same patience, attention, and affection I give my own. I'm currently working project-based contract work remote, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm a copywriter, so I'll see your requests for care ASAP! I'm available M-T, F 9-12. In your home, I follow your routines exactly — feeding times, walk schedules, medications, and house rules. I keep doors and gates secured, never leave dogs unattended outside, and send photo updates so you know they're safe and happy. In my home, dogs are treated like family: supervised at all times, given a calm space to decompress, and introduced slowly to my own two rescues only if they're a good fit. Safety, comfort, and clear communication come first, always.

About: Having raised my own puppy and dogsat for friends with anxious pups, I'm well versed in how to provide for a pup's full time needs. I can also provide puppy training in house manners (for example: waiting patiently to be fed, waiting at doors, simple commands). My care and attention to my own puppy, Chef, is full time and I am super excited to share that with your pup. We can go on excursions or hang around the house or play fetch at the dogpark. Whatever your pup is up for. I have a fenced yard and a friendly pup for your pup(s) to play with! And if your pup doesn't want company for whatever reason, I have gates and crates to make sure they are safe and happy in their own space.
