“Allison has been such an amazing "friend" to our dog, Kona. We can tell how much Kona is loved and cared for while we are away at work and school. We get regular updates on how Kona is doing, including pictures! Would definitely recommend Allison for your dog's needs!”
“Katherine was terrific with our dog! She responded to our urgent request quickly (we had a funeral to attend and our dog walker set up didn't work out) and she did a lovely job with him. We got a report card and pics and the overall communication with Katherine was great. Highly recommend!!”

“Tiffany was great and took care of my dog very well. She was communicating and always responsive, followed all my instructions for feeding and giving medication. Would hire again.”

“Mara was amazing with my 2 Huskies - One of whom is a rescue and very slow to warm up to people. We booked her for daily walks while we were on vacation and she was prompt and attentive everyday, sending pictures and bringing treats. I will definitely use Mara again.”

“Heleen took excellent care of our dog for an extended 2 week stay and was thorough and provided detailed updates with many great photos She will leave your pet cared for and happy as she did with us. Thank you!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid and now I own little two dogs. My passion is taking care of furry friends. I’m currently staying at home, so I’ll have plenty of time to play and take care of your pets. I am available every day from 8 am to 10 pm. I have two friendly dogs. My apartment is pet friendly and very sunny, so you pet will have a change to greet with cute friends here.
About: I’ve been caring for pets most of my life, starting with helping family friends with their cats and dogs when I was younger. Over the years, I’ve worked with pets of all ages, breeds, and personalities through Rover and personal experience. This has taught me how important it is to understand each animal’s unique needs—whether they are energetic, shy, playful, or in need of extra patience. I have experience with: 🐾 Dog walking, playtime, and enrichment activities 🐕 Senior pet care, including gentle handling and medication administration 🐱 Cat care, from feeding and litter box cleaning to play and companionship 📸 Providing daily updates with photos and notes, so you always know how your pet is doing What sets me apart is my focus on creating a safe, calm, and loving environment. I adapt to your pet’s routines and personality, making sure they feel comfortable and cared for while you’re away. Note: Owners are responsible for any property damage their pets may cause during a booking. Loving, reliable care for dogs and cats! With years of experience, I provide personalized pet sitting, walks, and drop-ins—keeping your pets safe, happy, and comfortable every step of the way. When staying in your home, I will always respect your space and follow the rules you set. Whether it’s a feeding schedule, routines, or house rules, I make sure your pets are cared for in a way that feels consistent and safe.
About: Having raised my own puppy and dogsat for friends with anxious pups, I'm well versed in how to provide for a pup's full time needs. I can also provide puppy training in house manners (for example: waiting patiently to be fed, waiting at doors, simple commands). My care and attention to my own puppy, Chef, is full time and I am super excited to share that with your pup. We can go on excursions or hang around the house or play fetch at the dogpark. Whatever your pup is up for. I have a fenced yard and a friendly pup for your pup(s) to play with! And if your pup doesn't want company for whatever reason, I have gates and crates to make sure they are safe and happy in their own space. Feel free to request photos/videos and check in anytime for updates.

About: I have volunteered in dog shelters + rescues for 4 years and worked in a dog clinic for a couple years under a veterinarian (Dog Adoption and Welfare Group and Carl Zaboly DVM in Santa Barbara, CA), so I am familiar with the behaviors of our bestest friends. I live in an apartment next to Leo J Ryan park and walking distance from Foster City dog park, where my small dog Mocha loves to play with other dogs. For boarding, if your dog is prone to anxiety around people and other dogs, I request that a short meet and greet be done prior. This is to ensure that your dog and I will be a good fit and to familiarize your dog with my presence. I work from home majority of the week, so walks will be given three times a day. If the weather permits, we will also go on hikes! As a dog parent myself, I understand the worry other dog parents have leaving their precious one in another’s care. Therefore, photos and updates will be sent multiple times a day unless otherwise instructed.
“Doug took my two big dogs for a 60 minute daily walk during a week that I was away. He and his family clearly love dogs and sometimes his wife and/or adult daughter would join him for the exercise and entertainment. He sent pictures, was 100% reliable, and was a great communicator. My dogs will miss their daily time with him! Thank you, Doug!”

“Lauri has been an absolute savior to me and my two older German Shepherds for daily walks! She has been flexible, patient, and sweet with them, especially my one who was abused and is fearful. Highly recommend!”

“Peter was great! He was so good with Norman and he sent me lots of photos. When he came for our original meet and greet, he was right on time and so personable! I will definitely use him again!”

“Rong has been great! She’s taken great care of our dog during his walks and is very communicative and attentive to any possible issues! Our dog has really enjoyed all the walks with her, we couldn’t ask for better care!”

About: Hi! 😊 Thank you for considering my services. As an individual who enjoys taking care of dogs of all ages and sizes, I understand each dog's breed, age, and personality are uniquely different. As a result, my care is specific to your pet. In addition to their tailored needs, I give extra care on their walks and boarding experience to make sure your dog enjoys their scenic walks, potty breaks, afternoon naps, and night time Zzz. Attentive care= happy dog= happy owner= happy life. I am available to care for your dog either playing with them at home and taking them on walks around the neighborhood, park, or green scenery to help with their sensory output 🐶. My place is frequently cleaned and always locked to make sure your dog is safe and comfortable. There is enough space for your dog to walk around and the place is quiet so your dog can rest.
“Emma has been wonderful taking Koda on walks! She is very diligent about Koda’s condition and even applied cold compress when Koda’s limping without me asking her to. Emma is kind, caring and punctual! Will definitely recommend Emma to anyone to care for their furry friends!”

Baywood Park dog parents share their Rover experiences
Lauri is absolutely amazing with our anxious rescue Piper. From the very first meet-and-greet where she showed up in bright colored leggings so that Piper could identify her, to her very patient steps to build trust and rapport with our pup and each family member (even remembering career paths and school trips!), Lauri is nothing but pure heart, sincerity, and kindness. This particular neighborhood walk turned into last minute daycare on our mutual continual conversations, when we all could see Piper coming out of her shell. One of Lauri’s many great talents is being able to discern the limits of our Piper — when to challenge her and when to give her space — and this gift has been rewarded with Piper welcoming Lauri with a greater speed than she ever has anyone else. We are thrilled to have found Lauri and know that she will be folded into our village for years to come.

Shirley's sister took care my old and stubborn dog very well. She doesn't force him to walk long, she read the dog's needs. My dog is healthy and happy to see her everyday. She communicated well with me also, sent me not only pictures, but also a detailed description about Milo's behavior and status.

Anmol is fantastic! We were initially worried about finding the right fit for Bagel, our high-energy Belgian Malinois mix, but Anmol’s calm energy was exactly what he needed. They got along famously, and it gives us such peace of mind knowing he is in safe, caring hands. The whole experience was completely carefree—we will definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to any other dog parents!

We have known Kendra for last couple months. She is reliable and excellent with our pet. She is always on time and makes sure to give our pooch Tanner a great walk. She also administers oral meds with no difficulty. We are glad to have found Kendra and highly recommend her for all your pet needs.
