About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and caring for them has always been second nature. I grew up with a dog and a duck, and have continuously lived in homes with cats and dogs through college and graduate school, so I’m very comfortable with their routines and behavior. I’ve also cared for pets for friends and family over the years, including feeding, walking, cleaning, and making sure they feel comfortable and well cared for while their owners are away. I understand the importance of consistency, attention, and keeping pets on their normal schedule. I also have three tortoises of my own, including one I’ve had for nearly 23 years, which has made me especially attentive to routines, environment, and long-term care. I am currently volunteering at the Kitten Nursery with the Peninsula Humane Society, where I help taking care of kittens too young for adoption. I have a very flexible schedule through freelance consulting work, which allows me to be available for pet care most days of the week, including weekdays and weekends. I can accommodate a variety of schedules, whether it’s regular visits or last-minute needs. The only consistent commitment I have is volunteering on Monday afternoons at the Peninsula Humane Society, but outside of that, I’m highly flexible and able to adjust to your pet’s routine. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, litter box or cleanup routines, exercise, and any specific preferences your pet is used to. I take a calm and patient approach, especially with shy or more independent pets, and make sure they feel comfortable in their own space. I also keep the home clean and organized, and treat it with the same respect I would my own. I’m attentive to any changes in behavior or health and will communicate updates regularly so you know how your pet is doing while you’re away.

About: Hi! I’m Tina, a lifelong dog lover who truly believes pets are family. Growing up, I had a Pekingese who was part of our family for 16 wonderful years, she was my best friend, and I was involved in her care every single day, from walks and feeding to just spending time together. In high school I also helped walk and care for dogs in my neighborhood, which gave me experience with all kinds of personalities, sizes, and energy levels. I’m not a professionally trained handler, but I think honesty goes a long way when someone is trusting you with their dog. What I can genuinely offer is patience, attentiveness, and a lot of love. I’m actually looking into additional pet care training because this is something I really enjoy and want to keep growing in. I work fully remotely, which means I can provide lots of supervision, companionship, potty breaks, walks, and attention throughout the day. Your dog won’t be left alone for long periods and will have plenty of opportunities for interaction and care. I currently live in a pet-friendly apartment community with a dog park located downstairs, and I also have reliable transportation to take dogs to nearby parks and walking areas if appropriate. A little about me: I studied Public Health during both my undergraduate and graduate education, earned my Master’s degree in Global Health from Harvard , and currently work in the health industry. That sound unrelated, but honestly it’s shaped how I approach responsibility: carefully, consistently, and always with the other person’s (or pup’s!) needs in mind. I know how much it means to find someone you can really trust with your dog. I’d love to meet you and your pup and go from there! I am available Monday through Friday from 9am to 9pm, and on weekends from 10am to 12pm and 3pm to 5pm. I'm happy to accommodate special needs outside of these hours to ensure your pet receives the best care possible! In my home, I can comfortably accommodate small dogs/medium size dogs ensuring they have a safe, clean, and loving environment. I provide plenty of playtime, regular walks, and constant supervision to make sure your pet feels secure and happy.

I can also provide puppy training in house manners (for example: waiting patiently to be fed, waiting at doors, simple commands). Last year, my dog fought a rare autoimmune condition. During his two-month battle, I became proficient in managing intensive treatments and navigating the complexities of emergency veterinary care and blood transfusions. Though he passed away in August, the experience taught me how to be an advocate for a dog’s health and how to stay calm under pressure. My husband and I aren't ready to bring a new dog into our home just yet, but I have so much love and specialized knowledge left to give. Whether your dog needs a structured walk with positive reinforcement or a gentle drop-in visit with a caregiver who understands their unique personality, I will treat them with the same devotion I gave my own best friend. My current schedule is highly flexible during the week. I view dog walking and drop-ins as the perfect way to step away from my desk and get active. Because I manage my own hours, I can provide consistent mid-day visit or walk when most owners are at work. About: Puppies are my specialty. I have raised over 20 puppies for multiple service dog organizations as well as fostering for a few different rescues. With my experience as a veterinary technician I am very familiar with the care of older pets and those with special needs. I also have almost 20 years of experience walking dogs for other people. I currently work full time but mostly swings shifts 3pm -11pm, so I am available before 3pm while most people are at work. I am also available for late night visits if needed. I treat every client's pet as I would my own. Creating a positive relationship with the animals I work with is most important to me.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats for most of my life. Animals can sense that I am a friend and not a threat. I am patient, easy going, and dependable. I currently work full time but my schedule is extremely flexible. Whether you need me to assist in the morning, during the day or in the evening, I am available. I have two black male cats that live indoors. I feed the cats at around 5 am and around 5 pm. There water and litter boxes are changed daily. I give them attention every day and remind them that they are loved.
