About: I’ve been an in-home house/pet sitter for 3 years now with some consistent and happy pet families. I am happy to stay in home, drop in, do walks, and I’m experienced with cats and any sized dog. I have classes 3 days/week in the mornings, and then work everyday for 3-5 hours in the afternoon. I have space in between those commitments. I put the animal’s needs first! I love to do their favorite things with them. Running, playing fetch, cuddling, going to the park, going on walks, etc.

“Pouneh is wonderful! From the beginning, she responded to my messages right away. We did an initial meet and greet at the local park. Nana immediately took to her and her daughters! I knew Nana would be happy and in good hands. Drop off and pick ups: I need to do an early drop off and it’s been super smooth. It’s easy to park in front and get Nana out safely and since we arranged that I send my ETA, Pouneh was already waiting outside ready to take her. Picking her up was also super easy. I texted ETA and she had everything ready with Nana. Again, parking was easy and available in front. Pouneh is very experienced and patient with dogs. She also has extra supplies like bowls, blankets, towels, leashes, etc., making it easier with less things to lug around. Nana looked so relaxed and happy when I picked her up that first day and each day since. I am happy to recommend Pouneh to anyone for doggie care and I will for sure rebook whenever I need an extra hand. Lastly, props to Rover as well. This is a great service and I don’t know what I’d do without it. I’ve always found great people here with sometimes short notice.”
About: I have a Samoyed x Standard Poodle at home, so I am very comfortable handling and caring for larger breeds! I have also cared for various dogs within my family so I are experienced with smaller dogs and different breeds. And since I work from home full time, you can expect frequent photo and video updates throughout the day so you always know your pup is happy and well looked after! I work from home full time, so your dog will never be left alone. Since I have our own dog, I already do two walks a day — so your pup will definitely be getting out and about! “Kobe had a wonderful time with Manli! I appreciated all the photos and updates and could see he was playing his heart out with the other dogs as well as getting his cuddles in. He returned happy and tired out!”
“Kaitlyn was so wonderful with our two pups! She sent lots of pictures and videos, gave us wonderful summaries of how the dogs were doing, and took them out on all kinds of walks and adventures. Kaitlyn also gets a big gold star for alerting us that one of our dogs seemed to have blood in her urine, and she very kindly offered to take her in to the vet. We happened to have family still in town who were able to make the vet visit, but Kaitlyn was awesome about keeping in communication throughout, managing the handoff, and administering the meds afterwards. We would love to have our dogs stay with her again.”
“This is the third time Kelly and Ben have taken care of Nia during our annual visits to Palo Alto. Nia is right at home with both of them and can’t wait to get to their apartment when we drop her off. She loves her walks on campus and Kelly sends fun pics. We know Nia will be happy there and Kelly and Ben will take good care of her.”
